Narcissists have such an elevated sense of self-worth that they value themselves as inherently better than others. Yet, they have a fragile self-esteem and cannot handle criticism, and will often try to compensate for this inner fragility by belittling or disparaging others in an attempt to validate their own self-worth.
Pretty good source tells me that Coach Fred Williams numbers that are posted are incorrect. Source says he only coach 13-14 years and has just over 400 wins. He does not have more wins than Gamble.
[Hidden Content] Not saying this site is right, it's just where the numbers came from.

Would like to see a more impressive résumé based on pure numbers as you provided. The other coaches were impressive at 22-7/year. Sutherland is a man amongst boys in that category. Others are: Terry Culley (Silsbee) 828/257 (36yrs) 23-7 ave. season 76% Fred Williams (Hebert) 704/122 (28 yrs) 25-4 ave. season 85% James Gamble (Lincoln) 670/226 (34 yrs) 20-7 ave. season 75% Cotton Robinson(Buna) 537/98 (15 yrs) 22-7 ave. season 85% Jack Whitten(W. Question: Has the Silsbee & HJ rivalry lost some of its appeal?

I like the build up leading to the big Rivalry game and will be there for all 3 games.
Me too. Just curious...the Silsbee JV is 10-0 in district. Not sure of HJ JV record. Does the JV game have any significance in the district race? -

Big 21-3A game Friday night, WO-S at HJ
DXTR replied to AggiesAreWe's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Is HJ going to take 3/4 of the gym and just leave a little corner section for the WOS fans (with the heater on high)? -
Elam and Holmes are fantastic scorers. Id like to see better defense from the Tigers. Giving up far to many points still.
I think their defense has been solid. They need to cut down on the transitional turnovers. Last night was a good example. I bet 80% of their turnovers were unforced. Lots of full court passes that were overthrown and lots of bad passes on fast breaks. It's amazing what a good bounce pass will do on a fast break. They are playing good now, just need to play smart and prepare for some good teams in the playoffs.
