I gotcha. Just saw how well they were doing and remembered how he was a BH before. Nunez dad was a pretty successful offense line coach in the college ranks. Dwayne is a very knowlegable guy and knows how to get kids ready to play.

Dwayne Nunez, C.E. Kings OC, might be a good fit at BH. He's coached there before as an assistant and look what he is doing with Kings offense.

Does anybody know when and where PNG plays?

The minimum play requirement. I don't know if it has changed from when my son played but it was all kids play minimum of 10 plays. Way to many plays to try and get all 22-24 players in.

At that age though if you can spot a 75-76 mph fastball that's all you need and he spots it pretty well. But, if he messes up and hangs it both Texas and California have the hitters to pounce on it. These next two games ought to be really interesting to watch.

Yeah, Texas is about 4 strong in pitching with a few others that can come in and give a couple good innings. Pennsylvania may not be as deep but their top 2 are pretty good. I think Texas will win the American side provided they don't hit a snag if they play California in the finals. I know Texas beat them the first time but California is getting their mojo going. But California isn't to deep in pitching either. On the international side it's going to be really good games between the three left.

That one was a great game. This Pearland vs Pennsylvania game should come down to which pitcher can shutdown the other teams stix. Both teams hit very well. It may come down to who is home team. This should be an exciting game to watch......gotta pull for the Texas boys though.

There is a very good talent pool in this area and more would stay if you have a successful program that consistently is in the big tournament. Please help me understand why a play in team is playing for an 11 seed. My feeling is, if you have to play to get in to the tournament you should automatically play for a 16 seed.

That was the most idiotic play call I have ever seen in my life in a Super Bowl. Even junior league football coaches know if you have a back the caliber of Marshawn Lynch you give it to him at least 3 times. He will get in!!!!!! it is two guys trying to shutdown the Academy at Ford Park. Supposedly they have contacted a prominent high school baseball coach to run it. It sounds like they are trying to take business away from Athletes in Port Neches also. They run the USSSA tournaments around this area.
