No he did NOT hand pick Hancock for the job. It was left up to the superintendent (Kirk) at the time to decide who it would be. Once he made the recommendation it was board approved. Quote thing jacked up AGAIN! The who applied for the job list being published. I think if it were going to be publicized it would have already. And no the list was not make public when Hancock got the job. But like football fan 4 life said.. That time was a little different. I wish it would be made public.. Freedom of information act, should apply IMO. I would LOVE to see who actually applied..

Steps that would need to take place. 1. Complainers would have to have a meeting with the coach himself. ( If not satified with that meeting) 2. Complainers would have to have a meeting with the principal of said school.(If not satisfied) 3. Gather any and all FACTS. Call school admin. Make a time to be heard at school board meeting. Make copies of all FACTS so each school board member can have a copy when it is time to present the complaints. 4. Say your peace. Then the ball would be in the school boards court.

Dayton ISD will be on 99.9 KSHM this morning at 9 AM. Im sure they will be talking about all the projects going on in the district. May touch on where they are on hiring the new AD/HC... Maybe..
