On the beach or in an ice cream shop, these sweet sandwiches are always delicious. Ice cream sandwiches come in many varieties. In their traditional form, vanilla ice cream is tucked between two thin layers that resemble chocolate cake. Other versions include chipwiches—ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies. Variations of this delight can also be found in different countries. In Australia, the most popular sandwiches are called “Giant Sandwiches," while "Maxibons" are half-dipped in chocolate. However, the most exotic ice cream sandwiches might be found in Singapore. Here, red bean, yam, and honeydew are all popular flavors.

Or maybe it's just how most in SC roll with lack of respect for anyone other than themselves.. All I ask is you have them teef nice and pretty when Dayton rolls into Turner Stadium this year. Smile for da camera  ;D
Dayton is the has-been team as long as SC is in the district.  So after Dayton takes their SECOND whipping in front of the SC's 10,000 faithful ...is that now a TREND?  SC stays in 19-4A next year.  You heard it here first.
I suspect there will be many cameras pointed towards this mysterious 10,000 Summer Crack fan base you speak of. Pics don't lie. Can't wait to hear your fuzzy explanation when the lens captures those 1,000 attendees including the band and dance team.  ;D ;D
Oh yeah I am on that assignment. They will be posted... ;)
 8. We are 40 days away from the start of the Texas High School Football Season and today is.....           National Tug of War Tournament Day Split into two teams, and the last one standing wins! July 21 is National Tug of War Tournament Day, and there’s only one way to celebrate: play tug of war! Historians think some version of tug of war has been played for many centuries, all the way back to both ancient Egypt and ancient China. Today, formal organizations play by set rules, with eight people to a team and a muddy “moat” between them. The goal is to pull the rope at least four meters or cause the opponents to fall down (and hopefully get very muddy!).

 12. We are 41 days away from the start of the Texas High School Football Season and today is.....     National Lollipop Day Today is National Lollipop Day! Lollipops come in dozens of different shapes, sizes, and flavors. You can make traditional hard-candy lollipops with just four simple ingredients—sugar, water, corn syrup, and the flavoring of your choice. Culinary historians believe that the lollipop (or at least some form of it) has been around since the prehistoric era. Early humans often enjoyed honey on a stick as a delicious treat. No one really knows how the modern-day lollipop was invented, but we do know how it got its name. George Smith, the owner of a small American candy store, came up with the sweet's name. In the early 1900s, he called the candy a "lollipop" after his favorite racehorse—Lolly Pop.

Now be gone.  You should be sending thanks and gratitude for the opportunity enter Turner Title Town Stadium this year.  We'll have extra cleaning crew on site as we expect Dayton to stink up the place! Dayton was in Turner stadium before you ever came into existence.

And for Dayton to come undone like they did last season was WAY out of character for them.  Which just goes to show yet again, you have no clue about Dayton's program.  ::)
 18. We are 42 days away from the start of the Texas High School Football Season and today is......     National Daiquiri Day It’s National Daiquiri Day! The daiquiri is a rum-based cocktail invented by an American mining engineer named Jennings Cox. Legend has it that Cox created the first daiquiri in the early 1900s after he ran out of gin at a small bar in Santiago, Cuba. The original daiquiri recipe called for white rum, lime juice, and sugar. According to another legend, Ernest Hemingway inspired the creation of the frozen variety at El Floridita in Havana in the 1940s. The bartender’s name was Constantino Ribalaigua and he is often considered the true creator of the daiquiri. Today, there are dozens of daiquiri flavors and varieties!

 20. We are 43 days away from the start of the Texas High School Football Season and today is....     National Caviar Day Today is National Caviar Day! Caviar is processed, salted fish roe (otherwise known as fish eggs). The eggs are tiny, round, and usually black in color, but there are also orange and red varieties. Although it may seem like a slightly odd thing to eat, caviar was once reserved strictly for royalty. Today, it is still considered a delicacy all over the world. Many people use the term “caviar” to describe any kind of fish egg, but true caviar must come from sturgeon—a group of about 25 species of fish. Some examples of sturgeon are beluga, osetra, and sevruga. These particular fish produce some of the finest varieties of caviar in the world.

This unique celebration dates back to the 1960s when two math students at Princeton were given an assignment to analyze the properties of the number 17. The yellow pig had seventeen toes, seventeen teeth, seventeen eyelashes, etc. Today, mathematicians in colleges and universities all across the country celebrate Yellow Pig Day by eating Yellow Pig Cake and singing Yellow Pig Carols (seriously, we couldn't make this stuff up). And of course, the festivities always take place on the 17th day of July.  :o
I heard of other people talk about seeing colorful animals back in the 60s.  ;)
LOL right...  ;D
