1. Lately I been carrying harsh thoughts and words towards certain people on this sight. I guess since my son injury of last year I have been trying to shield him, so his determinaton to get back strong won't stop. I do realize everyone is entitled to their opinion, and should leave it at that. To the Moderator of this website and the members of setxsports, I man up and truly apologize. This is truly the best sports site for our teams and i appreciate being apart of it.

Seay was laying the wood and getting good separation from the WRs when they were blocking him. And I want to say he was 21? laid a huge hit on a wr was getting off blocks great coverage over all was great I really thought this was going to be our weak link on the D but tbh it is a strong point not as strong as our D line but they are dangerous good Hughes reminds a lot like carr he was making plays all night DeShawn and Malveaux were there normal selfs and holmon was holding his own, LBs need some work I would have like to maybe see a few people try out for lb. the middle linebacker needs a lil better footwork get his head on the swivel and when it is a run play he needs to come down hill a lil faster. to many times I saw the linebackers drop back on a run and come down when it was a pass. Minor tweaking and some coaching and the D will be great again
I think they played very well as a team i wonder if your son can play it better or at all
seeing as how at31 graduated from ned in 02, I doubt he has a son old enough to play high school football. :)
;D Which son you want me to play the 2 year old or the 4 month old?
quit making excuses and get both of them suited up! You're gonna make them sissies!
it's just funny how all these critics or wanna live their dreams through their kids people can say who can play or not. i bet anything you couldn't do it or could play the sport yourself.

4. Well put but a football town doesn't concern me my son does. It wont matter to me if he plays, quit, or i take him off. What I am saying if you are a coach then coach him up. A kid is learning something new plus trying to shake the negative confidence from his injury. I can deal with if he did this before the varsity level in itself put him in the deer n headlight surrounding. Before I let him be broke this daddy will show him there is more ways to become a man than football.
5. scrimmage is thursday
6. I am glad you think #1 did ok because his coaches told him he didn't give any effort today. For who don't know #1 couldn't play football due to injury last year. He rehab his ass off all year and had to struggle to contain weight from injury. His first game back in a year at a new position and on varsity, and those words was the best encouragement to give him. Well daddy proud of you son for your effort even when your own coaches doubt you.
7. This dude probably would kill his family and yours if the team lost a game. I hope he has a strong heart because he was out of air there.lol
8. Freshman was outplayed we had size over them, but they bull rushed our line like it was pop warner football. From what I hear if you go into a game scared to play, you already lost the game just stay on the bus. Well it doesn't get any easier up next Dayton.
9. At WOS to watch my Nederland Bulldogs
10. LINCOLN BUMBLEBEES C/O 89- NOW NEDERLAND BULLDOGS-PROUD DAD OF #1 LB LEON MAYFIELD III AND FUTURE QB #7 TAVIAN MAYFIELD. ALSO PROUD UNCLE OF ADRIAN SEALES OF STAFFORD SPARTANS, AND KENAN WASHINGTON OF MEMORIAL TITANS. AND ALSO FORMER BULLDOG JARON JOHNSON NOW ALSO MEMORIAL TITANS, SHOW THEM WHAT BULLDOG BLOOD DOES!
11. It must be true it was just flashing on the nfl network bottom line
12. sometimes we need to try and figure out what made the kid quit in the first place. there could be things happening in home, head, or envionment. cole beasley for the cowboys quit last year in the middle of training camp. they gave him time to get himself together, but let him know he really have to prove his worth to make the team if he came back. it isn't always a punishment needed, just understanding and heart. all in all they are still kids.
13. Kenan Washington time to ball nephew -uncle proud of you - Jaron Johnson show them how Bulldogs get down we miss you man. Ball Out Fellas!
14.
Practice started this past Monday like most other schools that didn't do spring training.    Mayfield did standout!  Along with a handful of others
I wasn't saying others didn't look good just congratulating my son for the hard work he put in the last year to come back from injury of last season. Trust and believe in the DOG HOUSE it's all or none.
15. THEY was all out this morning, they wasn't holding back-MAYFIELD you looked good son hard work starting to show-proud of you many would have gave up.
16. All teams be careful temperatures are rising. Parents hook your kids up to the water tanks tonight, they will need it.
17. Yea alot he was saying as if he just didn't like Coach Neumann, and I know they have one if not the best coaching staff around. And you right parents got to realize, if there kid is good enough he will be called upon. Maybe they were mad we didnt get season tickets lol.
18. Today I heard these 2 guys discussion while I was trying to get season tickets. The discussion was that no matter how good Nederland teams are, Coach Neumann will not put effort in trying to get his players scholarships to any college as they heard from his own mouth. My question is, should a Coach job be also defined with helping the kids get scholarships?
19. I would like for our Bulldogs to start off with Memorial-North Shore then Angleton
20. SO who put on these 7 on 7 if not for the coaches?
21. The thing that makes Nederland football work is a strong coaching staff. Everyone on the same page as the head coach, and the ability to keep their players focused. I feel that alot of teams lack the most important standard. Talent alone won't change anything, but add discipline and focus you get 3 years straight DISTRICT CHAMPS!
22. hey Jesus greatness was denied too lol, but im not saying he is good because he family. his heart is stronger than his game. and if silsbee wasnt playing family i would be going for them also. so if they win i wont be mad we all from football greatess area.
For yall to get a glimpse of what im saying go to youtube type in Adrian Keith Seales Highlight 2011 and watch his sophmore tape before he got hurt. now he is back stronger
24. what yall don't understand is my nephew heart and drive-he comes from a district with the likes of Skyline he isn't worried yall coming after him. in his sophomore year if it wasnt for injury yall would have known him way before now.
25. First things first, for all the tigers who looked at the La Marque game would have noticed that #5 didn't play in that game. You guys probably haven't played against a runningback, or seen one in our area like this since Jammal Charles. My lil nephew is the "TRUTH", take him lightly and he will move you. And yes he is the lil brother of Jhajuan Seales.
