Clear Creek 31 Friendswood 7 With no Grden at QB,The Mustangs had no Offensive Punch.RB Palitz did move the Ball some out of the Wildcat.Loss of CB Wade was very evident as the Wolverine QB had a great night throwing the ball.Tooo much talent on the sidelines on crutches or wearing arms Slings to compete with the scrappy Wolverines.Thanks to the Clear Brook coaching staff who started a ground and Pound clock eating offense mid way in the 3rd Quarter or this could have been really bad.

I guess Olige QB that transferred to Baytown Lee saw the writing on the wall TOO ! By the way Baytown Lee won their first game 48 - 6.

Going to this weeks game with Clear Brook.Anxious to see the injuries to Grden and Palitz.If they are out it could be a long season for the Mustangs.9 5A-1 playoff teams could be wide open.

Watched yesterday's morning practice.Awesome showing in the passing session.Yes Grden is the real deal.He definetely can spin it.Nice mix of receivers,inside and out.Should be fun to watch.

Every Senior deserves a chance to make the most of their last High school year, as I did.I hope everyone gets that chance, what ever it takes.There's nothing like playing that Senior year.

The QB was Justin Karam in 2016 who had to Replace Tyler Page, MR Scatback, only to loose to Cinco Ranch in the Playoffs.Grden took Friendswood 3 deep in to the playoffs his Freshman year.They lost to Cy-Fair, eventual State Champs.

Some info on what Friendswood Returns in 2020.Grden returns at QB - 3 or 4 th Year.He'll have 2 or 3 wide outs returning.2 running backs return.Anxious to see this kid named Corkran in the backfield.He's big 6-2 and runs well.He could be shifted to another position.If the NT recovers from knee surgery the DL should be OK.The lbs and secondary was hit hard from Graduation.Nice returning CB in Wade. Should be pretty stout on offense, defense will need some underclassmen to step up.
