They do the same play action pass route or fade every single time. Hard for him to get open when it seems there are only 3-4 passing plays in the playbook. 

I don't think he got past 30 or even to 30 really. Didn't sound like he even had double digit carries in the 2h.  I am a bit surprised Thomas hasn't had more carries this year in general.  Kid was a beast last year.  And they really need to find a way to get Barnes touches.  As big as he is, at least on the track, he's probably going to be the fastest kid on the field 99 percent of the time. 

Silsbee played good D tonight but anyone that was there, knows WOS stoped WOS in the first half. Fumbled snaps, dropped balls(touchdowns) and JD was throwing a tad high. Good luck to the Tigers the rest of the season.

Maybe he just don't like Silsbee? Get better, compete so your not in situations like this. 

I have to say they pretty well shut us down the whole game 111 total yds and almost 100 of them came on 2 plays.

Hard to have an effective passing game when QB is running for his life every time he drops back.  Not sure if it's been that way in other games though.  

Give both teams credit Silsbee is still trying to get better they won't play another as good as wo-'s these young men know each other very well this is just a tiger team showing that they mat not be state championship caliber like wo-'s but they don't havery to lay down to them either and they are going to play very hard tigers defense needs to keep playing hard and give the offense as many more chances as possible try to wear down wo-'s defense

Adults being obsessed with high school sports are the reason why sites like smoaky and SETXsports get so much traffic.

I'm not saying you didn't "try" to schedule bigger schools.  But...it doesn't quite seem that way.  Evadale has been playing the Galveston O'Connells of the world for several years now.
But.  I tend to disagree with the theory of playing tougher competition.  I personally think it's more important to have wins than it is to be tested and risk losing, or getting players injured.  Look at it from a Football coach standpoint.  You only have 10 games in a year. You can do 1 of 2 things.  Or a combination I guess.
1.  Tell kids your system works. Then Lose
2.  Tell kids your system works. Then win.
Kids and fans don't care how good the other team is.  They just want success.  So keep doing what you're doing Coach Williams.

I think all the chest thumpin and gum bumpin is completely unnecessary. Seems like we always have a mouthpiece or two come floppin out of the woodwork when the team gets rollin, giving other teams bulletin board material. I would prefer we let our boys do all the talkin on the field with their silver hats.

Best two teams in the triangle are WOS and Memorial.  If you haven't seen the Mustangs yet, you should.  If you haven't played them yet, consider yourself fortunate. 

Yeah, and the reason WOS is playing those teams is because no one else had the footballs to play them. Heck, the story is, Cornell had to agree to buy the whole KIPP team a fish dinner after the game, just to get them to play WOS.

Livingston 1-1 for sure, might be 2-0 in district depending on that lil issue. I didnt see this coming.

If it makes you uncomfortable then the protest is working.. I think it's great that they're, everyone kneeling regardless of age, bringing awareness to a much needed to talk about topic. How many of you are mad about this but not mad about people disrepecting our current Commander in Chief? I would say most have thrown or heard insults and not said anything about it. How many of you are more mad about the protest than the reason everyone is deciding to take a knee?
