they have a couple that make them go...when I seen them play they act like they only want to play street ball. But they have some athletes that can bring it though. They have no height and only try to take jump shots.

Big Sandy is a class program led by a 1st class coach in Kevin Foster. I met Coach Foster last year when I broadcasted a couple of their games, very nice man and very cooperative with me in my broadcasts. I spoke to Kevin and a few of his players before and after the game last night, trust me, they are class people. Your comments are very uncalled for. As for the questionable calls, it went both ways. Yes there were a few no-calls that the Tigers didn't get, but Big Sandy didn't get a few themselves. It definetly wasn't one-sided. Typically an officiating crew may make or don't make a few calls just to keep things flowing. It was obvious who the better team was from all standpoints. Even Coach Foster told me before and after the game that he was glad that his team got to play Silsbee, it would only be good for them down the road. He commented that they would not see a better team the rest of the year, even if they made it back to Austin. The only thing you got right in your comment was that Big Sandy will learn from this loss. The Wildcats do have respect contrary to what you think. You are the one showing no class and respect with these comments. You need to represent our Tigers a little better next time. Come on AAW...you know you saw how BS basketball players were talking smack during the game. I will admit that thier coach has class act. Silsbee didn't have their best shooting night but they still dominated that game. Depth, talent, defense, and quickness is what the tigers are really best at. BS just didn't have an answer to Silsbee defense and there were some questionable calls. At one time at the beginning of second half Shannon Robinson took the ball to the hoop and was faking a jump shot and then tried to shoot it #21 of BS was on him and no foul were called at all. DC Stallworth and Pheal Hill likes to take the ball inside but majority of the time they took it inside there were a BS guy there just fouling them and ref just kept overlooking that call. BS has no class and respect for no one they just need to except there lost and learn from it.

Very nice output whsalum about the ref. Now like u all know I didn't go to the game so that why I said what I did. But since I really know the ref aren't from HJ I can say my question finally been answered. Nice post MasterT!!!! HJ is not as deep as Kountze!!! HJ is the better overall team thought!!! I thought the game was called pretty well, but if a team had a advantage I would say that it swayed in HJ's favor, but in HJ's defense I will also say that they were taking it hard to the basket and drawing fouls from Kountze's agreesive style of play. Jacoby had 32 and made one 3 and the other 29 came from the line or in the paint!!!!! Great game to watch also. Best of luck to Kountze and I hope that Coach Joubert brings SE Texas state championship!!!! I didn't write the top part but I totally agree with both of what yall have said.

Meaning you get officials that not from either Kountze or HJ. The officials have to be from somewhere nowhere around here, because they only favoring their favorite team. Mostly like a hometown ref.

Have your questions been answered? ;D ;D ;D Yes, they have. But now I'm starting to question my answer because I hear that 4 of Kountze starters fouled out and one fouled out in 3rd qt. And two player from Kountze didn't play due to injury. And most of all they said the ref were horrible too. So the only way I can get a straight answer is by those two teams playing on neutral court with random officials

Trust me...on friday day you will see why I say that Silsbee will blow Ktz out. Silsbee is just really good this year.

The reason Kelly freshman looked that good was because silsbee freshman only had one day prac and was out with their leading scorer from last year plus they played selfish last night too.

Silsbee be taking the win easily though. I just hope we'll be ablle to contain Walker and hold him down to at least just no more than 10 points.

I think you're slightly confused on their conversations, but your original thoughts are right. Its just 5a and 4a. 3A only allows 3 still Lol it seems like everyone is getting confused. 4A and 5A school has a four playoff team slot 3A and down still only do 3 playoff spot in each district.

The way i see yall saying it is that Central doesn't have their whole teamdue to football but compare to HJ they don't lack in size. HJ hasn't been in luck behind the arc in this early part of the season. Well if HJ doesn't step it up by hitting some shots and Central plays the inside game like they know how then I predict Central on top. If HJ hit their shots and plays good defense through out the game and central is not taking advantaging of the inside game then HJ on top.

I never like to sound negative about someone else team. I really have respect for HJ because of their basketball program and how they come far every year. I wish them the best of luck to anyone they play except my tigers. 8)

They already a complete team just being together. But #30, yes he did have a bunch of three's. There were 5 three's made from his God-given talented hands. He will be a force behind the arc. Watch for him to make it rain this year in the tiger jungle and any other gym he'll be playing in this year. This year team is just so talented and mature too. They really work well together and let no one stop them.

Every year us folk in Silsbee be saying that we will beat Kountze in the Fred Williams Classic and we end up losing. Last year was real nail biter. I remember when silsbee got the ball it was at least 3 second left and shannon made a pass to Brady in the corner and he made it and it was a three too, but the officials made a dumb call saying that it was after the buzzard which is a lie. I predict Silsbee on top 86-57. ps...I seen Roman Walker at Wal Mart today and he look athletic. But my boys on the tiger squad can take him though.

I bet my Tigers will be able to take all three of them out in every night they play each other. ;) But overall they are a good team and will produce most of their team point majority like more than half a game.

Seems like HJ are still struggling for the arc and free throw line. And other than Turner and Benard who can HJ really rely on to put points on the board. Burrell is not really who I would call that they would rely on because he's more of the man that post out, get rebound, and block to me. HJ is a good team but they are like the Celtics only relying on them three guys which put a lot of pressure on them every night they play.
