  1. I'm sure the administrators was happy from Silsbee because they got to see the girls and the boys play too. But both lost so it was a drice for no realson to me
  2. Lazeek why can't you be happy for both team for doing really well this year. You make it sound like Silsbee is justs plain sorry and it was a fluke agaisnt HJ at their place. Well it wasn't they was prepared and last night was a off night for them Or Silsbee can put a * on theirs since they beat HJ without Burrell and HJ won by 18 and 22 respectively. ;D
  3. Coldspring 68 O-field 52 too much athletes and better all around players
  4. I say Jasper by 8. They played great from what I hear but was pretty slow with Bailey being injured and all. I think they will be ready by friday or saturday.
  5. Since when does anyone your side of the tracks care about life over here in Canaan? ;D Kinwood Park gets blow out. Cleveland will be within ten but could pull off a upset. Coldspring is pretty good and has the big man in them middle. You guys district is very tough none the less but never know. I try to get info. on how the teams over there are doing buy people in Canaan just doesn't mention that district that much on here.
  6. That because I want to hear other people's opinion. :
  7. 21-3A Silsbee Hardin Jefferson O-Field/Jasper 22-3A Cleveland' Coldspring Kingwood Park Do you think that any district 22 teams could beat any district 21 one team comes playoff. I don't think any district 22 teams could beat HJ or Silsbee. But as for O-Field and Jasper, Coldspring and Cleveland has the upperhand to me. Tell me your outcome.
  8. BC did shoot every chance they had. But Silsbee was just having an off night
  9. Does anyone know how they doing at Navarro
  10. Thank Coop
  11. better than decarlos, jacoby joesph and breon johnson?? You need to read what I wrote in District 21-3A. I didn't say District 22-4A
  12. In district 21-3A Robinson, Howard, and Willis has to be the best guard combos ever.
  13. I thought I make a list of the 21-3A teams. And how I think they did this and what their weakness and what their best was.I start with Kirbyville. Kirbyville-They are a young team with athletes. I believe they were not the strongest team in district only being good at football. Only winning I believe 3 games overall. Their record in district is (1-12). Only victory was against Hamshire Fannet in district. Their weakness all year was they didn't play as a team. They had a couple good players but didn't play as a team Hamshire Fannet-No doubt, they tried their best this season. But they just didn't have the talent to compete in this district. Like I said earlier this year, I don't kow his name but #3 was a beast on thier team. He carried the team on his shoulder more in my eyes. But couldn't do it by himself. They stand at (1-12) in disrtict. Bridge City-So far I like them as the best of the teams that didn't have a winning season. They competed every night. They never gave up. They had a pretty good inside game than outside game. They played close game with a couple of good teams in district Jasper and WO-S. They stand at a strong (4-9) in district. WO-S-After finishing 3rd last year and only advancing in the first round before being knocked out of the playoff by Splendora. Everyone know WO-S has lost a lot this year. They bought up thier JV district champion to varsity this year but didn't do so well. This is the first year they didn't have a 20+ win season that I know of. They had a good player out of #23 but his attitude is what stop him from becoming a good player. They depended on him all season so they didn't have a good all around team. They stand at (4-9) in district. OrangeField-Still fighting for a spot in the playoff. They are one of the biggest surprise this year in district 21-3A. They had a good season. And they hoping it continue once they go to Jasper to play them for the final playoff spot. O-field has played the closest games all year against the two top teams in district which I think the games agaisnt Silsbee was still a fluke. You still gotta give them credit for doing so well this year. They had one of the best passing attack team and good shooting team overall their weekness would really have to be them not being aggressive enough. They stand at (8-5) in district. Jasper- They are still fighting for a playoff spot. Jasper by far had one of the hottest team making it rain three's all day with Bailey and Spikes leading the way. They have alot of speeds for thier teams. And were really athletics. Their weakness was that they didn't have a good inside game at all. They only rely on thier guards more on this team to do everything. They stand at (9-4) Hardin Jafferson- By far is one of the best teams in district. They got it all around. Players, Coaches, and Fans. They can compete with a bunch of good teams. But ever since Burrell being out they been slacking a whole lot. Playing close games with Jasper, O-Field, and WO-S. That is not looking good on thier part. The Silsbee games was which we all knew was gonna be close because they always plays competitive agaisnt each other. HJ has a good all around team. No weakness really in their part besides without Burrell it will be hard on them. Standing 32-4 (21-1) in district is tremendous Silsbee- Came in this district as one of the underdogs last years because they lost alot from C/of 06. But made it to regional final before losing to HJ the eventual 3A champ last year. They are considered to be one of the best teams this year than they have in the previous year. And what part them from last year squad is that they have basketball player more than just athletes. Silsbee has got it all. Players, Coaches, and Fans too. They have no weakness in my eyes. All their starter could play guards any given night and theat the truth. Stallworth played guard in his 8th grade year last year. Walter played starting point guard last year on JV and they both start at post for their Varsity. They have the fastest most explosive guard combo in this district with Robinson, Howard, and Willis. They are really deep in depth with at least 6 players on bench that could play guard or post. They the best all around team in district and they can compete with any teams they wanted too. This is my opinion let me hear yours.
  14. Hearing that Bailey is out for season will really hurt the Bulldogs. And O-Field has being close games besides last night win my Tigers beat them by a score they had. ;D Jasper is still playing at home so I still pick Jasper by how ever much they want
  15. There only one good quote about this game. "The best defense is a great offense" and that what Silsbee did. They hustled alot and got fast break points all night. It was a rocky 1st quarter but Silsbee turned that around in the second quarter and only let O-Field have two point in the second quarter. I couldn't really believe my own eyes either but it true. For a team that I hear all the time that has a great passing team and can shoot. O-Field didn't show me nothing tonight. Tonight I think they had to much on them with Senior/Parent night. And they were too excited and all. Silsbee really did click on all cylinder between 2nd thru 4th quarter. Howard was the leading scorer with 16 point, Stallworth 13, and Robinson with 12. All around team ball tonight. O-Field good luck to yall agaisnt Jasper. But to tell the truth I'm really rooting for Jasper though.
  16. Coop, you and the cast do a greaat job making it the #1 Regional Sports Site in Texas. That why we join because we know that we can expect good thing out of this site
  17. That really is class. How come in the boys threads it can't be like that with class
  18. Silsbee has been playing great ball as of lately but so have O-Field only losing by two to HJ is pretty darn good. I still say Silsbee by 10. Silsbee 67 O-Field 57
  19. This was the biggest blowout for a game that somewould called game of the week and two pretty good teams too. Jasper guard's Bailey and Spike must've ran out of gas after the HJ game because they sure wasn't making any of their shots that much in this game. Just 11 for Spikes and 10 for Bailey that pretty unbelievable. Silsbee defense is what was the key in this game tonight. They kept Jasper best guards to low point and they made alot of fast break points. Howard and Robinson both each share the top scorer tonight with 24 points apiece. Willis was behind them with 15 points. Byars, even though he score all his points in the 4 quarter. He hit 3 3pointers and they were far downtown. As everyone say Bailey and Spikes are like the best combo guards that has the best shooting in district. I think Silsbee proved them wrong. Byars hit 3 of 4 3's far downtown and Robinson hit 6 3's all over the court too. Now that proved that Silsbee can compete with them too.
  20. I know Daniel personally he a good friend of mine and a h*** of a lineman. We chill in prac. all the time. I think he wants to go to McNeese because they have a better record than U of H
  21. My top 10 1. Robinson-Silsbee 2 Howard-Silsbee 3 Benard-HJ 4 Bailey-Jasper 5 Burell-HJ 6 Hayes-O-Field 7. Spikes-Jasper 8.Sanchez-BC 9 Walters-Silsbee 10 Sundgren-HJ
  22. I thought that how it always been. Jarvis Benard and Shannon Robinson will be Co-MVP of district 21-3A. If any of those two teams slip in the next three games then it will only be one.
  23. I see that district 21-3A is breaking up pretty badly Kirbyville going down to 2A in the district with Newton. And Jasper is going north to district 18 3A. Do you think just because it will be a 6 team district for 21-3A it will be better for alot of team in this district
  24. Hardin by far this biggest surprise to me. Jasper and O-Field made a pretty good shofk to some people.
