23AA would beat 24AA because 23AA would have most of Newton's stingy defense and they would pick up the playmakers from each team and they would dominate 24AA. Newton beat each team in that district two years ago by at leat 30 or 40 points so I dont think 24AA would be a match.

Malcolm Mattox from Newton he is a force on defense. He makes big plays when the team needs it and he also has a nose for getting to the quarterback. He's 6'2''235 and runs a 4.5 forty so he is going to get bigger and faster so look out for him the next couple of years. #8 Defensive End >

Newton really came out to play the defense was flying everywhere and the offense was on its horse so the game really turned out to be a blow out.

Justin McLemore he played some of the best talent in 3a and he still put 100+ every game so he is the best.

Newton by 14 their defense want give up anything Carthage passes to much Newton's secondary is back in action and are ready. They can't stop Justin Mclemore and Burch is back plus Mickell Cooper and their pass game this year is grear so the Eagles are going to look real good against Carthage. ;D

The Newton Eagles have some very good runners this year. Trey Ethridge ran 11.1 in the 100 this past week. James Mattox ran a 22.2 in the 200 and he didn't come out of blocks. The 4by 200 placed first with a 1.33.07 their lookin to go to state this year.

The Newton Eagles are coming back strong next year with just about all of their starters returing. Justin Mclemore will share the load with soph. James Burch and recivers Mattox and Hartsfield. The Eagles defense as always will be something to be missed with but lets just see. ;D
