Big Girl, I understand some things you are saying, yet I don't agree with everything you say. That doesn't put me on your side or make me a Racist. I can & will admit that, the problem we face on this board is some folks claiming one thing & doing other things. I expect you to be accountable, on time & free of excuses. These rules cross gender & racial lines. I've had kids from numerous schools in SETX in my program, if you ask them about me the first thing they will say is "he don't play no games" I've said that to say this, think & say what you want about me, I'm making a difference in my community. Craig, I asked who were you talking to. Big Girl's experiences are her own just as anyone else's. Her son is black, so she knows first hand how her kid has been treated. She didn't make the statement Barkley made. I agree with Hippy that many are too sensitive, but many on here think just because you agree with some statements of others that we totally agree with them. I can respect a Racist for being who he is, but I have a problem with the behind the scenes people of any race. Dr King's Dream will remain a Dream until we seek equality for All.

I understand that cuts need to be made, but I fail to understand how crowding the classrooms is a solution when test scores aren't where they need to be. They expect the schools to run @ bare minimum, Admin needs to run @ bare Min also. Trim some additional Fat. Laying off Teachers & making classes larger isn't the solution. We will see how this works. SMH
