They will lose to Yates once again. Talent isn't there to compete neither is the coaching.
Yep- Its amazing what that Yates coach has done with his "homegrown" talent
The UIL has no problem with their players being homegrown or not, so stop complaining.

Private/Charter schools shouldn't compete within the UIL with public schools Point Blank Period. It's too much of a hassle to fairly move each private/charter schools into a classification their talent level matches.

I wasn't impressed either. 2A & 5A games were the only interesting ones. And some of the 3A game was but I expected Madison to run Yates out of the gym.
I'm surprised only 2 but since that's all your allowed i'll settle with that
Who else!?! Thomas should've made the All State Team before these two. -

None of these teams will win state which is the real goal.
They should just not show up in playoffs since they won't win state huh Skip even on the Forum you still speak non-sense
Not nonsense little Stephen. It's called being realistic. When was the last time a team from this area won state? *eats baked lays* he's gonna be thinking for awhile.
Well, another state tourney in the books. This made my 42nd straight state tourney to attend. Looking forward to next year's tourney. Now on to high school baseball!
Thanks for all the broadcasts/updates this basketball season Aggie.
Triple A had the option to opt up to higher classifications. School districts always have the option to play up in class, but cannot go down in class. Triple A chose to go where their enrollment put them, 1A DI.
I don't understand why they would wanna play in a 1A division even with their enrollment numbers, knowing they had a high level of talent.
Maybe to win a State Title?? I dont know, i mean i could be wrong. :P
That's a possibility, but I would think they were trying to establish an elite program and wanting to get national recognition.. Don't think you get much respect knowing you have a high talent level on your team and opting to play in a smaller division.
