I have first hand experience with out of state tuition and costs for an athlete and that is not true at all. Unless you have established a permanent address and meet some strict criteria, you are considered "out of state". [Hidden Content]

Not the same in college. You don't pick a team you can beat. ISU has scheduled UT for Homecoming in years past. Gets a big crowd there. It just felt like a high school homecoming game with the piss poor effort from the Horns.
