  1.   That is questionable, but you are trying to trademark it.
  2. From Chron.com   COLLEGE STATION – In a development not stunning to anyone, Texas A&M sophomore quarterback Kenny Hill’s folks have applied for a trademark for “Kenny Trill,” according to Twitter poster @KarenEHowell, who provided documentation that included the parents’ home address (she then posted she wished she had redacted that personal information, and she later did just that). If such a marking of a trade sounds familiar – and I realize this doesn’t even bear repeating – former A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel’s family has trademarked his nickname, Johnny Football. Hill, Manziel’s replacement, was inundated with nickname suggestions across the TwitterLand following his school record-setting showing of 511 passing yards in the Aggies’ season-opening victory at South Carolina. Among them Kenny Football (even Manziel used that one), Kenny Chill, Kenny Thrill and so on. Asked if there was one he actually preferred over others, Hill shrugged and said Kenny Trill, he supposed. The rest is soon to be history. Trill, by the way, is a term apparently popularized (and I’m leaning on the research of others here) by Houston rapper Bun B, and is a combination of true and real (allegedly). Howell, who professes “law is my profession” on her Twitter page, also posted, “For what it’s worth, I think Kenny Hill’s parents are trying to protect him, not to profit off of him.” In other developments, the No. 7 and 2-0 Aggies play host to Rice starting 8 p.m. Saturday. A cool front is supposed to be moving through Aggieland by then, providing what might even be a (Kenny) chill to the air that night.
  3.   Looks a lot like Sumlin at UTAM.  Both with a Heisman winner. (Minus Baylor's conference championship.)    Is Briles making $5M?
  4. @kbohls: Texas will make $4.5 million off its UCLA game at Jerry World.
  5. The NFL does not care about spouses. They care about assets.
  6.   "But the more he thought about it, the more he kept coming back to one central theme: He finally felt at home with his entire family, and it certainly helped that UCLA's administration stepped up to the plate and made a significant financial commitment to both Mora and his staff."   Can't blame anyone who thinks like that.
  7. Sure he was throwing the ball on 4th down. Lamar got their check. They should expect the score to be run up on them. If they don't like it, stop them. SEC-Shame Every Cupcake
  8. Jaxson Shipley is questionable for Saturday after sustaining a head injury against BYU.
  9. So he's been on the field with them for 8 months? Time to self report some NCAA violations.
  10.   That's why Mack works for ABC/ESPN.
  11.   Not when he's been doing the wrong thing for 3 years. Then, he tends to require more "redirection" with a rolled up newspaper.
  12. Marketing people study and decipher demographic data every day. Every company has a "target audience". If you saw these discussions on paper it would probably look racist.
  13.   I bought a hunting dog with certified AKC papers and a hunting champion bloodline. Pick of the litter. My trainer chose not to train him and  never reprimanded him we he did bad things. Now, for some reason, he is not a very good hunting dog despite his lineage.   So I had  to hire a new trainer. Hopefully he will do what is needed to get that dog to hunt.
  14.   I like the throwback uniforms Penn State wore last week.
  15.   3rd stringers and walk-ons tend to follow the rules.
  16. After a loss like that, you get out of your feelings. Charlie the Kind Hearted.
  17. Art Briles is expected to coach both SMU and Baylor.
