Naw. Never had any interest in anything aggie, professional or otherwise. Grew up a Longhorn because of my dad. The aggies and Longhorns were rivals, hence the dislike. It's just more fun to stir the pot with aggies on here (and at family gatherings). I had always planned on going to school in Austin, but this cute little blonde girl led me astray. I love SWT. I recommend that school to any and every person who shows interest. I am a proud alum. I am also a diehard UT fan.

Coolness will fade out because eventually you have to have your players respect your discipline. The same can be said for the drill instructor. It is easier to ease off as a drill instructor than it is to lay down the law as the cool guy. Happens in our schools every year with first year teachers. You cannot be your students friend.

Big 10 or Big XII gets left out if you base it on the rankings today. That may change as the season progresses. There are some SEC teams that are currently ranked that will have 3-4 losses along the way. More ammo for an 8 team playoff. SOS is a joke. If I win all my games in a "power" conference, I deserve a chance to be in the playoff. I also deserve to prove that on the field and not in an opinion poll.

The fact that they got in his head during a PRESEASON game speaks volumes. These games don't even count. They only said "you're not in college anymore. Were all fast now". Toughen up John Boy. Plus, face them like a man and flip the bird and not while you're walking away. (I guess he was waiting for his frat brothers to jump in.) Thankfully Hoyer is playing just as crappy and John looks to be the starter by attrition. I am going to enjoy watching the Steel Curtain come down on the Cleveland Clown.
