  True, but under the new playoff system, even the SEC is going to be hard-pressed to send a one loss team into the 4 team system along with their conference champion.

  So if 3-4 years down the road his teams are "winning" games, but have not won an SEC Division title, SEC Conference title, or have made the new BCS Playoffs, will you be OK with that?

  If it went beyond an offer, it was a waste of recruiting resources. There's no way that kid was coming to UT. Some things you just gotta know.

Good for him. He is not afraid to compete for a job. Very rare these days.

  If he commits to the ags and Allen plays well, it's not hard to de-commit. (Or so I've heard.)   Baseball wise, Auburn has done pretty well with two-sport athletes.

  Why will the ags meltdown? How many QB's can you play at one time?   Do you think Murray is a better QB than Allen? 

How did these manage to recruit players before the age of Twitter announcements, Top School Tweets, etc...

  DBU is not as good as they have been. They do have some very good pitching,   SHSU laid an egg in their conference tournament. Not sure how well they turn the switch on and off.   Overall it's a pretty balanced regional.

  Seems like a good $2,500 investment.   However, I'd rather sign up to attend the aggie National Championship game. Now THERE"S a fantasy.
