I do not think the job is officially "open". The school board met last night, so his resignation may be official today. "Riordan told VYPE he should be approved for his new job at a February 25 and he will remain at Crosby until Spring Break, which is set for the second week of March."

From what I know, it was not about finances. It was about who fired coaches.

Their financial problems have proven to not be fatal and are in no way permanent.

Any discussion of Crosby football coaching that does not include Ronnie Davenport is bogus. As for potential candidates, they will get plenty of quality applicants.
