Not bad at all. Almost to a man or woman, their review of B/CS is less than favorable. In fact, it is very comparable to what the average, non-aggy Texas football fan would tell you. The consensus is this should be an annual home and home game. I am 7 wineries, 1 bourbon distillery in. Almost every one has been enjoyed with LSU fan.
Will be interesting to see how Yates plays against Morton Ranch early in the season. Ranch will have the best guard and big on the floor and decent depth. Yates should be the #1 4A team in the state regardless. Family Faith lost a lot but I am sure is reloading. And whoever comes out of the DFW region is always going to be tough as nails regardless. But like I said, this has the potential to be one of the best teams Yates has had since the “glory days” of Lion basketball.
Alabama, Georgia and LSU should all be pretty good. The other 11 teams look to be mediocre at best. So what’s different than most every other year in recent memory?
Yeah announcers said it was 7. It was about 4 where they spotted him going out of bounds. But would have been no gain without a broken tackle. Also did a good job picking up the blitz on his first snap.
Lot of weapons for Sam. Hello Brennan Eagles! Gatorade HS Player of the Year, true freshman Jake Smith is looking like he’s going to be a heckuva slot receiver too.
