I think everyone has already culled Bama away from the rest of you slugs. They are way better than everyone (except maybe Clemson), even their conference mates.

CS. They’ve had a couple of head scratchers this year though. -
You two should meet. It would be worth the price of a bourbon to listen to you guys talk this alien stuff. My wife is another true believer that would love to be a part of that convo.

Always shocks me when these little towns can get the numbers to have a private school. -

I haven’t seen CS but I’ve seen Splendora. I didn’t think it would be close. -
Gator Bowl needs to give bids to bigger draws if they want to outdo Longview vs Beaumont.

Bevo has been around longer than PETA. And there’s a Bevo fan living in the governor’s mansion with more power than Donnie Trump in Texas. Bevo ain’t going anywhere.

What’s weird is most of those mock drafts had CJ going higher than LJ. For whatever those things are worth. I’m like you guys, LJ seems more NFL ready right now.

Silsbee can’t afford a 4th quarter like that 3rd... -
We may have a first here at SETXsports

They really could. A few rounds in, most teams they play will be more talented. But as stated in other threads, they are one of those consistent teams that refuse to beat themselves. You have to have beat them playing their game. Remind me somewhat of that Tompkins team last year that made the finals, although Tompkins was plenty talented. -
Does Livingston go as the 3 ball goes? The night I saw them they were shooting the mess out of the ball and actually had some decent length inside. They looked poised to make some noise.

Not bloody likely

Well at least it’s decided. Big 12 lost to their best team, but manhandled their next best team. And the only loss out of four head to head games was to Bama. So we can now say, SECond to the Big XII*. *Except for Bama
-
Offenses are clearly better in Big 12. They averaged 36 pts a game against the conference that’s supposed to have the best defenses. For years, SEC offenses were brutal (as was the QB play) making the defenses look a lot better than they were. That has changed a lot though. Of course with Bama, that’s a different story where they out-athlete most schools everywhere and have had the best coaches.
-
Kudos to Kirby Smart: “(The Big 12) has the reputation of being an offensive league. But when they need to play physical, they play physical. Texas out-played us, out-competed us, out-physicaled us, out-coached us ... Give Texas and Tom credit.’’

The kid I’m talking about could have come out last year after his RS sophomore season. Would have likely been a 4-6 round pick. Came back, graduated in December (in 3 and a half years) and will likely be a 2nd or 3rd rounder (and could elevate more with the combine.). Just depends if they get good advice and take it.
-
I think, in Aggie parlance, that makes you a 2 percenter. I don’t see how that’s a bad thing though...it’s clearly the best milk.

Question: Can anyone name the only two teams to beat OU AND Georgia this season?
-
Just something I read last week. It was one guy’s article on CBS sports (I think) but I wouldn’t swear to it. Have an interest in the subject because a very good friend of mine has a nephew that plays the position and should go in the first few rounds. Otherwise, would not been looking at wr articles lol And btw, if his momma wants him to stay, he may be staying.
-
I wouldn’t either. But that’s the word I’m hearing. Some are saying this is the best wr draft class in a few years though.

How is aggy SEC #3 when you have 5 conference teams ranked above you? Tie goes to the gomer?
