My biggest issue with the gym is the lighting. It’s always lit like a romantic restaurant in there. Well, that and the kids who are there waiting to beat your brains in....

It was a good game. A little cold and misty for my liking but fortunately we had the indoor/outdoor option. Enjoyed hosting Chase’s family and the kid definitely has a live arm. Most contact was off the end of the bat or the handle. He’s definitely about to get paid.

I hate how things get politicized before these poor kids’ families even get to bury them. And although I have never owned a gun, it’s not because I’m not a 2nd amendment guy. I’m not into them, they’re not my thing, I’m not a hunter. But I fully support your right to own as many as you want. I have posted Dale Hansen here before and he’s been my favorite sportscaster since I was a kid (posted that before). I’m sure this will get lambasted (and I don’t agree with much of it) but this is a serious problem that we tend to move on from until next week when another one of these atrocities occur. I don’t have any answers, just a heavy heart for parents and families having to deal with what is all our worst nightmare. [Hidden Content]

Me too. I loved the brothers aspect of the story but that sermon really hit home with me. We have all been there with a loved one and felt helpless to do anything but love them. “But we can still love them. We can love completely, without complete understanding.” Those words have stayed with me since the first time I saw this movie in college. If I’m one of those you reference, I am guessing I have consistently had the Jags ranked higher than anyone else has (only behind PAM, WB and Silsbee). And I lost a bet to BG a few years ago when I predicted a Jag sweep. (Which I should have won if a certain someone wasn’t consumed by the points aspect of the stat line - like some others). So this is what was to be expected, especially considering Ozen lost this best player. Actually closer than the talent gap imo.

The Borgata arena is nice...
