If I’m one of those you reference, I am guessing I have consistently had the Jags ranked higher than anyone else has (only behind PAM, WB and Silsbee). And I lost a bet to BG a few years ago when I predicted a Jag sweep. (Which I should have won if a certain someone wasn’t consumed by the points aspect of the stat line - like some others). So this is what was to be expected, especially considering Ozen lost this best player. Actually closer than the talent gap imo.

I get to cannonball to Austin and back Saturday for his first collegiate start. Hope he pitches well but not looking forward to that drive.

Y’all know I am a big fan of the Bucs but I almost put I almost put earlier that I would make Silsbee a 15-20 pt favorite (so I guess 17-18). East Chambers strengths don’t match well with Silsbee’s imo. But who cares, they aren’t going to play. Let’s hope both take it one game at a time and get to see each other play in San Antonio.
