I didn't think many of you would. Granted, The Washington Post is no "theconservativetreehouse.com", but it is a publication that is probably more adept than most at covering D.C. I think they may have broken a presidential scandal or two over its 140 year-old history. It's funny, I read over and over that liberals don't want dialogue, or they are sheeple, etc., on this site. But I have read plenty over the past 8 years who were critical of various things President Obama did (and even wrote some of them myself). I havent read the same criticism from hardcore conservatives on this site yet. I read a lot of, he wasn't my first choice. But mostly when it comes to specifics, it's "I don't believe that." I guess we shall see. But in terms of the criticism of the left, it's at best hypocritical, and at worst the panther calling the sheep black... Which is why I don't post often on this board and consider the dialogues here fruitless most of the time.

They could have easily made several thousand last weekend between the BC game and OF/HJ games. At least let the poorer schools come in and profit if you're not going to use it!

Yes he has. But it's a pretty big drop off after Gonzales. And he has really come on in the playoffs. Still, over the course of a potential 3 game series, I would take my chance in a 1 vs 1. You wouldn't take OF in a sweep, would you?

Exactly. I'm no baseball expert but this is exactly what I would have done. Stubbs vs JD, one game, let the chips fall. Although I agree Jack is one of, if not the best in the area, WOS staff is deeper imo. Stubbs is easily OF's best arm so I believe this is their best chance.

I wish they had kept it on this 2 year stint. The previous two years were always good, competitive games that got both teams better.

Scary thing about Memorial is how good they would be if they were returning a 3 year starter at QB like they should be. But Keitha is still good enough I think they will be much improved at that position, even without the experience he should have had by now. Overall, district will be even better too. I think the PNG/PAM game could be epic - Roschon is just a gamer that seems to thrive the bigger the game. And I agree Vidor and Central are going to be right there in the mix, capable of beating anyone.

Saw this a while back. It's actually pretty funny. Side note, while driving my daughter to practice, had a lady that's probably my mother's age pull out into the middle turn lane, and almost side swipe me while trying to merge. When I honked (assuming I was in her blind spot), traffic was basically bumper to bumper, she got back into the median turn area. THEN, she pulled up beside my daughter and I and tried to get me to pull over, presumably to fight. When we started laughing, she pulled out her phone and took a picture and angrily sped away. Smh i don't know how you Hardin County folk do it...
