LSU drops out of Herman sweepstakes. It seems the reason is he wouldn't be hurried into accepting their offer and they knew they couldn't win if UT does make an offer. Soooo, is Herman a done deal to Texas now or do we take our time now and do a full search as some really want?

So scoreboard means we have actual scoreboard. And it can also mean that we are moving on while you guys will roll with the stumblin drunk for at least another year. But hey - you are going bowling! Smh. You are missing the whole point. Badly. Not about finishing 2nd or consolation. That's not what is being considered. Easiest path to championship. To try and win the tournament. But if you don't think this happens, I really can't help you.

Not the point - the point is to give a team the best chance to be 1st place. But I suppose consolation champ would be the best of the bottom half of tournament teams while 2nd would be the 2nd best team. Theoretically of course.

Truth. Especially if it's a team that has a really good big man but weaker guards. Big man won't be able to touch it enough to make a difference.

Yes, any football savvy mind would put a lot of stock in a game where their coach's future was plastered all over social media, tv, etc last night. Or maybe not. Maybe just people who think Sumlin is the answer and "he's finally hired some great coordinators!" You know, clueless types!
