The issue of his eligibility is far from resolved, that I can tell you. As far as how big of a loss it is for the time being, I think any school losing a kid with multiple D1 offers wouldn't fit the description "not that big of a loss."

Tillman Fertitta is a jackass by almost all accounts. However, he IS a billionaire and I believe most billionaires are jackasses by nature. Most of them have used jackassery to amass their fortunes. Just a personal theory.

This was the least surprising news of the day. He has a kid to support and he doesn't need 50 carries per game miles on his tires. To be honest, I didn't like how he was used at all towards the end of the season. He needs to save those carries for when he gets paid to do it. His first contract won't be huge because he's probably a 3rd rounder (or thereabouts). Hopefully he stays healthy to get that second one.

Jarrett Allen could be a one and done. He was the top Big in his class. Andrew needs more time to develop. Jacob is likely a 4 year guy.

Shaka will be fine. He's a rock star who has a great understanding of the game. He signed 2 Mickey D's AAs this year alone. I would put him in the top 10 college coaches the kids want to play for and possibly top 5. I will put it this way, he's closer to 5 than 10. Texas will be a perennial top 10 program very soon. I will be back to tell you I told you so.

This is a very skilled 6-10 as well. Jamie Dixon is assembling a powerhouse up there in Ft. Worth. Samuel next year. One of the best PGs in the state (if not THE best) in Class of 2018 in Kendric Davis. And word is TCU is the favorite to land one of the best player in '17 in Jarred Vanderbilt.

Anderson plays pretty well for a tennis player, huh? He's been back on the floor for a little less than a year now. Love his intensity.
