  1. Let me know if any of you guys want to catch this one with me.
  2. I guess Mack was too busy pouring over his UT feeds to see this gem. What a sh^t show aggy has going on with its coaches. They are running out of feet to choke on over there... [Hidden Content]
  3. Wow! Just what the doctor ordered. That is a huge piece added for the Bulldogs. He has steadily improved and had gotten much stronger when I saw him last. Big get for Kelly and big loss for the Panthers IMO.
  4. That number seems arbitrary to me
  5. Bravo. Admitting is the first step...
  6. Oh, I don't know. I can think of 15-20 million people this would apply to on the "right"...
  7. I think I would need longer than 30!
  8. I heard this statment on the radio this week (from a fairly liberal source - and when I say fairly liberal, you guys would call them lefty socialists): To qualify, I understood these to be based on percentages (pursuant to the relative make up or the populace) - while a black person is more likely to be stopped by police, a white person is more likely to be shot by the police. I didn't catch the source of study so I have no idea if it is true (although I am fairly certain this is based on some study. I would think tvc can verify or negate this statement though.
  9. Why? I don't think that should have the first thing to do with his qualifications for president and you've heard very little about it. But to my point, I seriously doubt the same could be said in either of the scenarios I proposed. So in that respect, your point is well taken.
  10. You almost owed me a new phone! Funny stuff right there! One might also ask another question about Hillary and men...doesn't matter to me but just saying...
  11. Which reminds me of an interesting point I heard the other day...if President Obama had been married 3 times with kids with 3 different women, how much of a chance would he have had to be elected? Or if Hillary had kids with 3 different men?
  12. Unlike the von Trump kids with their dad? (Saw a lot of fawning over them on this board and elsewhere.) At least Chelsea grew up under the same roof as her parent who is running...
  13. Very true...those in glass houses... However, we don't particularly want Baylor anymore. How about the SEC take them off our hands? We promise now that Briles is gone, they will regress back to their history of noncompetitiveness but will still give you more presence in this state...
  14. One of my favorite philosophers...
  15. Oh I see. So Reagan's successes are also due to his Democratic congress. Got it.
  16. I wholeheartedly agree with you here.
  17. But very different from "I alone can fix it!" as we heard over and over last week. My question is if he alone can fix it, why did he offer to make Kasich the most powerful VP in history? And if the VP is handling domestic and foreign policy, while the President is concentrating on "making America great again," what does the latter entail? By the way, I do like Kasich and wish he'd have accepted...
  18. I agree with you guys. Nothing is free. Not college, not welfare, not wars, not walls, etc. Who was the last president who made sure there was more than enough income to cover the country's budget?
  19. Back on topic...Bad move in general and not even a smart political move IMO. Not sure what is hoped to be accomplished. To be sure, discussions need to take place with all parties present and with a voice. But to politicize the issue at the DNC is not the time, place or forum.
  20. Edit:. My bad, if you don't get it, you aren't going to get it...
  21. Start a bunch of companies, get some investors, borrow a crapload of money, and then file for bankruptcy. Seems to be a good blueprint. You might even gain enough notariety to win a nomination for President...
  22. Not everyone can have such distinguished statesmen speak on Day 1 of their convention like the Duck Dynasty dude and Chachi Arcola...
  23. What is amazing to me is how the very few things Trump has concretely stated (as opposed to him "making America great again" and how he'll be "terrific") he would do are very expensive, government expanding propositions (I.e., building the wall, deporting millions, etc.). All the while, he plans on cutting taxes for the wealthy. Sounds economical to me. :/ Your best bet would have been for Kasich to have take little Donnie's offer to be his running mate and be in charge of domestic and foreign policy. Not sure what that would have left the Donald to do other than "making America great again."
  24. One would assume! Although there is a lot more attention on their votes than yours and mine. I've never been a big fan of the system, although I do understand it gives the smaller states a little more voice. I just don't particularly agree that they should have their voice amplified just because of their population.
