People who try to justify the point with this argument are either being dishonest with themselves and everyone else OR too dimwitted to remember that NO ONE was discussing Tech as a possibility for the championship game. The race came down to Texas or OU and Artie voted OU. Just a bit hypocritical to bang that drum so loudly now is my point.

Riiiiiiiighhhhhhttttt 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I wa speaking of Mack and not aggy in general. He posts as much or more about UT as A&M. But it appears that you, like most Aggies, know the shoe fits. They try to turn it around but no non-Aggie is buying it ;)

Dumb

Run, little brother, run!

About how I would have voted. However, it is interesting that head to head is the end all, be all for Art Briles now. Cause in 2008, he voted for OU ahead of Texas which sent the Sooners to the MNC game.
-
That would require you being relevant. If they were debating the 9th through 11th place teams in the SEC, the Aggies would have had some relevance. Nonetheless, I'm sure it is a great day in Aggieland. When moral victories are all you've had in 3 quarters of a century, I'm sure another one is cause to celebrate. Try not to chafe riding bama's jock 😂
-
Lol at your pathetic obsession. Must be tough being such a bitter little guy! 😂
-
As brilliant as the two football NCs aggy miraculously found from almost a century ago in the summer of 2012? Maybe, but certainly not as pathetic...
-
While we discuss, a think a raise and extension for Coach Swag is in order. Following a stellar T-7th in conference with a T-9th this year clearly marks unprecedented success! Lock that mastermind up for at least a couple of decades!
-
Give PhatMack a break. If anyone knows about irrelevance, it's aggy. The last time the Ags were in the national championship conversation, it was decades before he was born. So while the Aggies don't know about relevance, they certainly have the market cornered on irrelevance :D

That argument is too asinine to respond to. If you are only looking at number of wins, then Marshall is in the top 5? Why not, since it doesn't matter who you beat or lost to, only number of wins. (Ok, I felt I made to respond to a dumb argument in case you are actually serious.) As for the conference championship argument, the Big 12 is not allowed to have a championship due to having 10 teams...
-
Mack's a hater. But can't blame him when there's been so little to love about his team....
-
Ohio state wins the weakest conference of the P5. They have the worst loss to a horrible Virginia Tech team AT HOME. Tcu and Baylor are from the strongest conference according to ESPN power rankings. And Ohio state will get in. New system, still ridiculous.
-
Exactly what I would bet. Hope I'm wrong. How I would vote: 1. Fsu 2. Oregon 3. Bama 4. Tcu
-
Don't count the chickens yet. I will count fsu dead once they lose. That hasn't happened since 2012...
-
Excellent point. Ask the rose bowl how poorly tcu travels. And a chance for them no showing 2 games? And you can not say Ohio state isn't deserving.
-
I think strong chance Big 12 gets left out. Fsu, Alabama, and Oregon have to get in. And I really can't argue with OSU either. I would be torn if I was voting.

By the way, Rupp Arena was hands down the most awesome CBB venue I have visited. Phog Allen Fieldhouse is super cool too but Rupp was phenomenal. Layout is awesome and they have 24k fans there whether they play UT tonight or EKU on Sunday. Hallowed grounds.

Revenge is sweet I am told. I wouldn't mind seeing the ducks get over the hump this year.
-
I agree. And as I've said, PAC 12 is the best conference in Cfb. Just like last year.
-
I agree. Missed too many shots. But good, physical defense causes misses too. They may not face a better defensive team.
-
Both teams' defense was impressive. Came away very impressed with Cauley Stein and Holland for Texas.
-
Physical, physical game. That was a good run for Kentucky's bigs. No other team in the country can match their size like Texas. Isaiah would have helped but Kentucky shot poorly and were out rebounded by 16 in the 1h. Not sure anyone, even Duke, can beat BBN.
