I would love to see it too. I actually think it would be a competitive game and the ratings would be off the charts for a "toilet bowl" game. But Texas sits at 4-5 with Wva, osu, and tcu left on the schedule. Does anyone not agree that it's more likely they finish the year 4-8 than 6-6?

I think Weeden played well given what he can do. I wonder how men paid millions to make decisions in the nfl can watch colt and Weeden and determine Weeden is the guy. He's serviceable but incapable of a lot of what Colt gives you. I guess that's why they are the browns. And poor johnny football is next on the chopping block.

Wow. What a slate of games. The top 4 are elimination games and the bottom 3 could be if Baylor, Oregon or Auburn (tee hee) loses. I am loving how this season has started a defacto tournament beginning Saturday. Say what you want but even with my team being hard to watch most Saturdays, this playoff system has made it the most compelling season in a decade.

You are 100% correct about that game. Auburn had it's worse game of the season. But balance wise, and due to having the second best coach in the country (ironically both of the top 2 are in that state), I still believe they are the best sec team. Doesn't mean they can win in Tuscaloosa, but based on the multiple games I've seen this season, that's what my eye balls tell me. Just an opinion. And given several weeks ago I proclaimed the sec would come down between Auburm and A&M, my opinion may not be worth wiping with! But I do continue to be impressed with the Tigers.

Due to upcoming games, one team will remain on the top 4 out of the sec. My guess is the winner of the iron bowl. They will be replaced by the Oregons, tcu/Baylor/k st, Michigan states, and possibly ND if they win out. And all will be correct in the system. As I have stated to those bemoaning the early polls, there is nothing to be concerned about other than tuning out the sec fans who haven't played their real games yet. There will be one, and only one, sec team. Unless of course, no one escapes with a single loss. Then there is a distinct possibility they get left out. Which would be hilarious.

Anyone who watched the Auburn - K St game knows K St should have won that game AT Auburn. Do I think K St is better than Auburn? No, they simply were that night. But they are close and Auburn is the best SEC team IMO. And Tcu, Baylor, WVa (see Bama Game), and OU would all be very competitive in the sec this year.

I don't disagree. And I would lay at least 2 tds now with them against the Ags (or Horns for that matter).

Oregon just needs to take care of its business and they will make the playoff. Deservedly so.
