Yes, the judicial system has to be better. There’s always a way around things, but you have to have a DA that is willing to play ball. Personally, I would have taken it to a grand jury and told them, if you want to find this was self defense, which looks to be an extremely reasonable inference, I wouldn’t blame you. Grand juries typically do exactly what the DA wants. In other words, you hit the nail on the head 5gallon.

So Brian Kelly basically plays Harold Perkins only on special teams last week against FSU. Last night, he goes in on the second series, and plays a lot the rest of the game. Easily looks like the best athlete on the field and leads LSU in tackles. If only there were a way to predict these things (I mean other than him being a top 5 overall recruit and the number one linebacker in the country)…

I think McGuire could end up being a really, really good hire for Tech. Has the chance to be a Briles-type coach, only way less rapey.
