I am not arguing. I am merely stating a fact. They are making a big deal about it. The doctor said that the nurse was asymptomatic when she boadered the plane,:but she did have a fever. I was merely explaining why he would say that. Technically, a fever is not a symptom. Some people use the terms interchangeably, apparently this person doesnt.

Sorry, I do not consider mustard gas a weapon of mass detruction.

A sign is objective, it can be measured. I.e temperature. A symptom is subjective, it is how a patient reports that he/she is feeling I.e dizzy, nauseated etc.

Look up the definition s if you dont believe me. The definitions of a sign and a symptom are different.

A fever is a sign not a symptom.

Seriously, when it was announced that Iraq had weapons of mass detruction, did you guys immediately think of mustard gas or other chemical weapons? I didnt. I thought of nuclear weapons.

Weapons were there, but not of mass destruction. Mustard gas is not a weapon of mass detruction. Ut is my understanding that we knew he had chemicals because he used them on his people.

My husband accidentally pricked himself with a butterfly needle after drawing blood from a patient with HIV. I pricked myself twice on two separate occasions. Thankfully, we didnt contract the virus.

I know this because I am a Registered Nurse.

I know, this is not a pandemic in the US. We knew healthcare workers were more at risk, sometimes nurses and doctors can be a little laxed with using universal precautions when they think a person does not have a deadly disease. The guy lied and said he was not exposed to someone with the virus

what freedoms will we gain or retain if troops are sent to Iraq? I want to know in detail, because I am so dumb. I totally get that I wouldn't have the freedoms I have if we did not have conventional wars. I totally get the World Wars etc.
