A paycheck..90% of people on welfare work. I dont mind paying more taxes if it prevents babies from starving to death, only .4% of taxed go towards welfare programs.

I cant understand how someone could consider themselves pro life when they are against programs that help to sustain life, and they are pro death penalty. I am pro life. The president wants it raised to 10.10/hr, but we can all volunteer to work for $3.00/hr. That would really help the unemployment rate. The minimum wage was 5.15, it was then raised to 7.25 and the US has not collapsed. President obama wants it raised to 10.10/hr
