  I am sure all of the perry supporters on here are aware that he did have the authority to deploy national guard and by doing so, texas will now have to pay for all of the salaries and other cost associated with the guard being deployed relieving the federal government of this responsibility.  It will cost texas 12 million a month.  Needless to say, while they are standing on the border, they do not have the authority to arrest anyone.  so basically they stand there while texas waste money o
