  1. Exactly. The same goes for Trump and the banks that he borrowed from. You all said that they were OK with him lying on his application, yet it is still a crime. If the girl told the DA not to press charges because she enjoyed the sex, the DA is going to press charges, anyway. This happened to my ex pastor's daughter. The guy was 23, and she was 16. He impregnated her and went to jail. She felt bad, because she said she was fully aware of what she was doing.
  2. Nice try. My husband was layed off, and I was working as a teacher, I taught Health Science. My income alone qualified. Once he started working again iit was all good. I had community health choice for 3 Mos and I was paying a premium.
  3. It doesn't matter. He committed a crime. It is legal for the attorney General to sue him.
  4. He has to pay before he is able to appeal the decision
  5. This is an idiotic comment. How do you all feel about this? A 26 year old man sleeps with a 15 year old girl. She said she enjoyed it. Should he still be prosecuted or should the DA not press charges because the girl said it was okay? It is illegal
  6. I agree, wholeheartedly.
  7. Ridiculous. In the USA we have freedom of religion, thank goodness
  8. He lied on his applications, and inflated his net worth, which is illegal. Smart criminals don't run for President, they move in silence.
  9. Look at the evidence.
  10. Did any of you purchase his sneakers?
  11. Innocent people should not be found guilty. Trump is a criminal.
  12. This is an idiotic question.
  13. It doesn't matter if he paid back on time. He still lied.
  14. They don't have to be. The state is the plaintiff, which is legal. Maybe his shoe line sales can help him pay the judgement. Lol
  15. Bs. She had an option
  16. He defrauded banks and insurers. The state can sue in this instance.Civil enforcement actions are routine for government officials in every U.S. state and local government, and for the federal government. Most kinds of white collar legal violations are predominantly enforced through civil enforcement rather than criminal charges, in part, because this is perceived as less harsh and because it affords the government a wider range of remedies [Hidden Content]
  17. It is illegal. Period. I don't care who does it.

  20. The article clearly states who he defrauded. He inflated his net worth in order to obtain loans. Didn't he admit it? Trump and executives at his company, including his sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, attempted to blame exaggerated financial statements that were the heart of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ fraud case on the accountants who compiled them. Engoron disagreed..Michael Cohen said that Trump told them to inflate the numbers.
  21. Read the article. I hope he has 355 million in cash
  22. A criminal trial is coming. He'd better pay up.
  23. What? Please explain
