Last season, everybody had Ozen picked for the 4th spot until Lumberton took em to the woodshed first week of district. Fast forward to this year. Is Central's fate going to be the same as Ozen's last year? It sure looks that way to me.

Uhh, that would be 20 unanswered. But BG, you need to be looking at film. Paul Wall and the Jags have a lot of frustration to take out on your Titans after today.

Fair assessment. Both teams have room for improvement and I believe both WILL get better. A lot of folks are questioning our 4th downs on offense. It's always easy to question play calling when it doesn't work. I'm willing to bet if we watched film with the team, we'd see one or two missed blocks on each of those failed attempts. Make those blocks and maybe we convert half or more of those. We all know O-Line is where graduation hurt us the most. But game reps and good coaching will get them ready in a hurry.

Congrats to PNG on the win. We are not quite where we need to be to pull off that upset but we are getting there. Coaches will continue to make these kids better. I thought both defenses played well and both offenses struggled. Our defense will keep us in games and or offense will continue to get better. Earlier, someone said it best that playing one game hurt us. I would agree but can't worry about that now. PNG QB is for real. Hard to believe he is just a soph. Bright future ahead if he stays healthy and keeps a good head on his shoulders. Super impressive player. Keep working hard and he'll go anywhere in the country that he wants. Keep your head up Lumberton and keep listening to your coaches and believing in each other. Do something to get better every day.

He's wasting his breath. We are already focusing on Livingston, Lee and Vidor the next 3 weeks. We feel like those are teams we can safely allow our children to step on the field with.

I've put in a few calls and we are trying to have this game cancelled. We've thought a lot about the wisdom that Class of 99 has shared and quite frankly, we are too scared to play the game. Even if the game is not cancelled, many of our parents are keeping our young, weak, slow and frail Raiders at home to protect them. That should free up plenty of seats on the Raider side for those bullies that planned on taking our seats.

Well, let's compare to how Vidor handled a similar situation last year. One of their starting lineman made several racial remarks laced with vulgar profanity toward one of our black players in Lumberton. Matthews called and apologized to our player. The player issued an apology on social media. Then, if I'm not mistaken, he walked out on the field as a team captain for the coin toss and started and played the entire game. You tell me if that incident was handled better or worse than this one. At least Dubois is doing "something". Is it enough? Probably not.

PNG Freshman stomped a mudhole in Lumberton tonight. 44-0. PNG had a very impressive group of freshmen!

How does this young man compare to Kendrick King or Josh Boyd? Not when he is a senior but right now in Gm 3 of Soph season. He can prob pass better than both but what about running? I'm anxious to see this kid play
