It's been an exciting season.

Hats off to Vidor. They showed a lot of heart in a dramatic comeback win. Hester was clutch and delivered when the game was on the line. Tough loss for the Raiders but we will regroup and come out swinging Friday night.

If I understand the 22-5A tiebreakers correctly, a loss to Vidor tonight will effectively eliminate any playoff hopes for Lumberton. That is assuming that Vidor beats Central this week. Am I looking at this wrong?

My guess would be Vidor.

Vidor, Nederland and Lumberton have a rough 3 game stretch. We're all in the same boat so should be pretty even. It will come down to hitting and fielding IMO. I like our chances.

I'll let the Select experts answer your question but in the days of old, the select leagues preferred to use Innings Count instead of Pitch Count, but I'm sure that has changed since then. We're kind of getting off topic but I can't resist. Swagg, I'm assuming since you are on this site that you probably live within driving distance of Lamar Univ. If that is true, PLEASE tell me you would not pay $22K out of your own pocket annually to send one of your children to Lamar. I don't care what your chart says, if you say you would pay 22K/yr for "5 years" at Lamar, I cannot continue this conversation with you. I'm sorry.
