I think last year's team had issues trying to find somebody to follow. I don't believe anybody on this year's team will have trouble getting behind Jaiden Howard which I think is something that can't be understated after watching what we did last year, things like Mannie and Carlos fighting on the sideline. We won't have the exorbitant amount of talent we've had in the past several years but if the team can stay healthy like the '14 team I can see similar results. After we lost the Twins and Raelon we were supposed to take a step back but actually improved due the load being spread across the team on both sides of the ball instead on relying so heavily on three players. I think BH will be better but Jaiden and Craig tore them up last year and while people in BH may be more excited to see the ball being tossed around I think the faster, more turnover type game they've moved towards actually play into Crosby's hands. I think NC will have a pretty decent defense but without Allison to take the pressure off Cooper, on the zone read especially, I see NC struggling to match their offensive production from last year. I've already said it earlier but I think Crosby goes relatively uncontested in district play with maybe the exception of having an off night in Dayton or BH and playing a game that's closer than it should be.

I don't think the defense will be as good as it has been the last three years but with talent pool I don't see a huge drop-off on that side of the ball for Crosby. With our o-line most likely being the strength of the team I think you're going to see Jaiden have time to distribute the ball with the same efficiency Kellen Haynes did. Probably won't throw for 4000+ like Kellen did but I think he's going to be the best qb to wear pads at Crosby thus far. If Craig can stay healthy behind this o-line I see him putting up around 3000 total yards. I agree we'll be similar to the '13 team in the sense that we'll put a bunch of pressure on squads from the offensive side of the ball with Jaiden and Craig in the backfield. I think Manvel is the favorite to match up with Denton Ryan in the D1 title game so I think we lose that one first rattle out of the box but I think we run off the next 10 relatively uncontested. Bad part about that is we're almost sure to get an improved FB Marshall team in the second round again. Going to be fun watching the kids grow throughout the season but we all know November forward is what we're judged on in Crosby.

Man you post so much un-researched trash on here is ridiculous. Obama took office in 2009 when 32million people were on food stamps. The peak annual average under Obama was in 47.6million in 2013. The vast majority of these additional 15million people turned to the SNAP program because of the recession. Undoubtedly you aren't bathing in common sense otherwise you could easily see the correlation which is why I bolded your post. In April 2016 43million people were on enrolled in the SNAP or food stamp program. One of my sons is 11 years old and if I gave him a calculator he could figure out how ignorant your post was using simple division he learned in 4th grade. Please don't make naïve comments about the economy if you're not going to explain how we're gong to pay for massive tax cuts for the rich by raising the GDP on a developed economy by 50% in a year.
