The vast majority of these additional 15million people turned to the SNAP program because of the recession. In April 2016 43million people were on enrolled in the SNAP or food stamp program. If proven to be true as written it will be stronger evidence of obstruction of justice than the Nixon tape from the Oval Office where H.R. Adelman and Nixon were caught talking about how to suppress the investigation of the break in. Since the president can declassify information anything that comes out of his mouth is legal. What's illegal is revealing a classified source which is what McMaster saying didn't happen. That information can be traced back to the "source", which is believed to be in Syria, and "source" will most likely be compromised or executed due to the president's mouth.
