  1. Trinity and Orangefield
  2. I have a hard time believing that Liberty can win this one. So many fans guaranteed that Liberty had worked so hard on hanging onto the football for the entire week, but then all that hard work just didn't pay off. IF and thats a big IF, liberty can hold on to the football they might have a chance, but I say that doesn't happen and Orangefield wins by 7.
  3. 21 sounds like a good number Buna 28 Tarkington 7
  4. My post so I will be the first to eat the crow, I was hungry anyway Congratulations Hornets on a well fought game. Good luck in the rest of the season!
  5. My thoughts exactly, everyone else talks crap about their opponent, but the panthers are talking crap about each other.
  6. Well its is hard to get past the first round when you play the state champ or defending state champ in the first round every year.
  7. I still have Newton picked to win this game, but bushpilot you need to do your homework before you get on here and start talking about things you don't know. EC was 9-2 last year and lost in the first round by 2 points to a very good Corrigan Camden team. I would say that EC can definitely handle their own.
  8. With all of this disgruntlement in the Panthers Athletic Program, I would definitely pick HF if I hadn't picked them already.
  9. so what you trying to say about BC? You guys are dense! Start using your context clues and see if you can determine the underlying meaning. If you still don't get I'll try to help, but everyone should get a chance to learn on their own.
  10. sounds like both
  11. No no...yall dont get off that easy...im still here. Its just been a busy week. anyways, If you watched that game last week and still honestly think that The Liberty Panthers arnt any good...your insane. Like my good friend afc77 said, take out the turnovers and we win 47-0. I think that everybody in that lockerroom realizes this and will not make near as many mistakes this week. Look man you lost a football game to an inferior team and yet your still talking about how good you are. . .HA! Fumbles are part of the game and you don't just magically learn how to hold onto the football. Nobody cares about your woulda coulda shoulda's YOU LOST! Who cares what the score could have been.
  12. Looks like Dayton's QB search from last year turned out an excellent candidate. Congratulations for a great week of high school football. Keep it up!
  13. Hold on my apologies. I catch spelling errors as much as the next guy, but do try and remember that many of the posters here are coaches and students who are trying to get that reply typed before the AP walks in and catches them not tending to their business. We can all spell pretty well when we aren't being pressured. Well most of us anyway.
  14. Unless you have ever seen cheerleader signs and then its "D" "Fence". A-N-A-L
  15. So thats how they won. . .smart thinkin' Just sayin that HD has more than 14 or 18 players on their team like previously mentioned in earlier posts. I was just giving you a hard time man to be honest, but I know for a fact that the four years previous to this one the schools have only played twice and of those 2 meeting Hardin won both, so I believe it is fair to say that this years Hardin team is struggling in comparison to the last 4 years. No Tarkington is definitely not a powerhouse, but with key injuries and Hardin's loss to HD I would say the Horns chances just went up.
  16. So thats how they won. . .smart thinkin'
  17. Maybe not a fluke, but 9-3 followed by a loss to Hull makes people start to wonder. And the injuries ncplaya mentioned are definitely key injuries for the Hornets.
  18. I heard he's around, he's just finds it hard to type when he can't hold on to the keyboard.
  19. Ha ha maybe you should watch your mouth when you are unsure who you speak of, people aren't always what they seem. Let's just say go-rilla may have once had a LITTLE insite into T-Towns football program. I gotta put my vote in now. . .Horns by 6.
  20. Last I heard it is still on for Friday night in LIberty. I even think that the F/JV is still being played tonight.
  21. Looks good in theory, just take Coldspring outta the mix. Cleveland and Splendora will more than likely battle for the top spot in 22-3A with Huffman bringing up the rear (maybe). Otherwise everything else looks about right.
  22. I hear all the running back talk coming from the Ozen side and I may completely have my years mixed up, but doesn't PAM still have the Snelson kid toting the rock. If so that kid is no slouch and I say he is at least comparable. If I don't have my back field mixed up PAM wins this one by a TD.
  23. Tarkington has a new O & D that seemed to work last week And Hardin has lost some key players to injury but still has the potential Who do you guys favor in this match-up?
  24. There will be a nice little three way game series here with Buna playing OF, Buna playing Tarkington, and then Tarkington playing OF. I can't wait to see how the next three weeks of this turn out. But to stay on topic I have some info from an inside source and I say Buna takes this one. I just hope it's not as bad as the Trinity game.
  25. Warren will score until they get tired of wind sprints.
