Kpark,how do you feel about Chatman as a running back,you came to the spring game .what do you think.He will be a top recruit for the class of 2015.He is ranked #67 in Texas by Lone Star Ranking in the class of 2015

I think that if summer creek  wants any chance to go to state this year that have to be more balance offensively and their defense must step up and make big plays in big games.We lost our 2 best receivers {Hogan and Ruffin} and our best defensive player {domino} so we are going to have to out score  alot of teams anyway.You can not win in the playoffs by just being one -dimensional

Like Chatman or not but he has been the highest rated player in the state on Summer Creek 's team since the school 's history.He has worked hard this summer to be the best running back he can be and i think barring injury he will be one of the best backs in the district and state.He has alot to prove but I think he can do with his 6'1 and 220 lb frame and 4.49 40 speed

i can wait for the season starts for summer creek because I want to see what this team is made of.They are ranked #1 in the area with a suspect defense so I think that we will have to outscore people to win district but to go through the playoffs then the defense must step up.Hopefully ,when we make it to the playoffs this season,coach ford learned his lesson for last time in the playoffs is to run the ball and establish a running game because good teams in the playoffs see that you are one -sided that we pick you to shreds.I think you have running backs that can run the ball.use them

we are about 3 weeks away from high school football practices.Do you think Summer Creek is a legit state ranked team in 4a with a chance to win the state title this year

Chatman use to work out with Blaylock but he is being trained by Leonard Taylor.Coach Taylor teaches him how to hold the ball and not fumble and also speed drills.He was clocked doing 4.47 40 yesterday and 220 lbs.

Chatman is getting training outside of SC campus with  a former running back that played on the professional level.you have to remember that this is going to be his first year being a running back.So even though he is a very good athlete ,I think that he will probably be an outside linebacker at the next level

combines and camps do matter in college football recruiting because I feel that tony brown of ozen is very overrated because he is considered the " combine king' but did not even make first all-district this year.Deunte Chatman has performed very well at each camp and combine he has attended and if you look at the spring game tape ,he has the potential to be something special and he will be just a junior coming up.

Deunte chatman of sc is a very athlete that is playing running back for sc for the first time but he does have alot of upside and all he really needs is experience and him being patient.6'1 215lb athlete that can run a 4.48 40 that is something to watch in my opinion.Go Bulldogs.He will also be just a junior for the upcoming season,too

you said it yourself.,jefferies played on a 3 win team.I know alot of good players that can go to a 3 win team and be a star.The season will tell how good each player is

They can have a good running game with Chatman.if he proves to be the real thing then sc can have more balance to compete with top notch programs in the playoffs.Playoffs also comes down to coaching too no more blowout wins like in the regular season

They say that Sharp is going to make his decision on a college this week .do you guys have any idea who that might be.Summer Creek is ranked pre-season #7 in the state with a chance within the season to be number 1 if a few teams lost because I do not see Summer Creek losing a game in the regular season unless for injuries.

First of all, SC has never had a 1,000 yard rusher and I think that Chatman can get there with a certain amount of touches{10 to 15} a game.The only way SC has a chance to advance in the playoffs is to run the ball and run the ball  effectively so you can protect your defense which is not that strong.And even on offense ,I hope that Coach Ford realizes that he doesn't have the receivers he has had in the past( Hogan,Ruffin, and Bootz) and his main receivers now are very short and are not playmakers.I do not care how pass-happy your offense is ,you can not win championships without a good running game and a good defense

what should SC do with Chatman ,I think that he can have a big season for them at running back this coming year.What do you think

where do you think Sharp and Allen will end up as far as college.I think Kansas State for both of them
