  1. From what I hear, Massey has been struggling the past couple of games?
  2. Actually JUCO's receive 24 full scholarships a year whereas D1's receive only 11.7
  3. Dayton has not hit good pitching very well this year, and with Harrington on the hill it gets no easier. PNG- 5 Dayton- 2
  4. ok fballplayer and to all you other "baseball gurus". Bases are stolen off the pitcher and not the catcher. It all depends on what pitch they are running on, how hard the pitcher throws and how quick the pitcher is to the plate etc. Massey has the luxury of having guys who throw hard and are quick to the plate whereas we all know is commanding a team full of youngsters. Am i saying that Rowell is better than Massey? no, but am I saying Massey is better than Rowell? no again. Both are legitimate defenders behind the dish and probably the best in 22-4A. Again congrats to both on their accomplishments.
  5. I'm sorry, but while LSU-E is a very competitive JUCO, they cannot compete with the "big boys" ie San Jac, Blinn, Galveston, Navarro, Weatherford just to name a few. Congratulations for them winning a title but to say that they send more players to unviversities than ANY other JUCO is a complete fabrication. Also, congratulations to Mr. Massey and Mr. Rowell for this accomplishment, apparently both have earned it. Now let bickering die down and let the play on the field handle itself. Until they meet again...
  6. 1. LCM/PNG 3. Dayton/Vidor The Bears and Indians are both playing very well at the moment and it will likely come down to these two. If Dayton can keep Dewey healthy (huge question mark) then they have an oportunity as well as Vidor who is playing good despite the loss of Bunner
  7. Scoutsaround...please do us all a huge favor. Get off this board and crawl back into your whole in the ground. We would all be much obliged
