I've seen improvement with each game, but other than SOC the level of competition hasn't been that strong. I think the 23-6A gauntlet will tell us everything about this team. Yes Cita and Creek are down, but both are long time rivals. I'm especially looking to the King game. They've been our long time little brother and with a former North Shore coach at the helm. You know he would love to be the first King coach to take down North Shore.

Not much to take away from this one. Good thing is there were no injures. It'll be more of the same next week as North Shore makes it's shortest road of the season to Channelview.

Last week was just a bad week to be a Kingwood football fan!

Best the North Shore offense has looked all season. Other than a couple questionable pass interference calls the North Shore defense played lights out.

Again hard to say how much North Shore has improved from that opening loss to South Oak Cliff. Crowley and Westfield are really bad football teams.

Definitely not the Donkey Stompin that I predicted it would be. Defense hasn't usually been a weakness for the Titans at least the Titans I know and love. Hope they get whatever the problem is fixed. A lot of football left to do just that.

Not the first time in this run where we didn't have multiple D1 talents. I think back to the 08'-10' classes. It was during that run we lost to BRAZOSWOOD in the playoffs. We had a couple lean years and then the 2013 class came along. We won in 2015 after starting off slowly. 2018 started a run of talent few programs ever experience. I'm just saying it's way to early to go writing us the way some are doing.

Kind of like all that Beaumont talent got the hell out of that dumpster fire of a school district several years ago. 🤣🤣🤣

Different coach. Sure it may be harder to repeat that history. But what kind of fan would I be if I didn't think they can do it again.

I'm sure a lot of people were writing La Porte off after going down 17-0. But if I've learned anything over the years about The Border War. It's that it's not over until the final buzzer sounds. As OlDawg said a lot of jitters played a role in that 17-0 Deer lead. Once both teams settled down it was classic Border War.
