  1. Well, Purple 32 as soon as this gets back to the coaches you can kiss any opportunity your kid had of playing good bye!
  2. Fences are down on both fields, grass and dirt has been scraped.Survey crews have flags in place.
  3. 1 SETX team has made it now three more to go! Let's Go Hardin, Evadale and PNG!
  4. Man I hope you are wrong about BH vs PNG! The Noos have their flashes/moments and sets where they look absolutely unbeatable. Friday was the first time in a long time where they looked unbeatable two sets in a row. They have been tested hard the last three matches. So hopefully they peak at the right time and can put together three sets where they are unbeatable, because they are going to need to play that way to beat BH!
  5. I'm going to assume you are talking about Mayfields dad since he is on the boards! but, I didn't just ask you that. You said the boys thought it would be a good idea to show he was serious, so what does that have to do with Neaumann not letting him back on the team?
  6. Soulja, I'm an outsider just reading this post and what I am taking away from this post is that you do not like Neumann for kicking a kid off the team that was tabbed to be his starting QB and not giving him a second chance. I could be wrong but are you saying he didn't get a second chance at Nederland, because he wouldn't cut his hair? Although what you said earlier is that was an idea of the other players on the team and not Neaumann. So do we know the full story behind everything? Or do we just have one side of the story?
  7. They played each other at Santa Fe tournament and Barbers Hill won 2-0 (26-24, 27-25) PNG was up in that first set 24-21 and couldn't hold on to the lead. It should be a fun and exciting match up!
  8. PNG vs Barbers Hill in the Regional Quarterfinals Tuesday night at PNG @ 6 PM!!
  9. Let's go Tigers! Show them what SETX has to offer!
  10. PNG over Ball in 5! The Noos have really been enjoying these 5 set matches here lately! They played each other in Tourney and Ball won 2-1 (26-24, 23-25, 25-23) It should be some exciting Volleyball Friday night!
  11. If going off the beginning of the year, yes. What I have seen from LCM lately, they seems to be the most improved team this year so far.
  12. PNG has played all three teams Huffman, Silsbee and Tarkington. All three teams are very comparable!
  13. With the additions of PAM and Livingston and subtraction of GCM and Lee, how do you guys see this district ending up at the end of the year? Any surprises or the do the normal trio (Ozen, Central and Lumberton) end up on top again along with PAM? Looks like it should be a fun competetative district this year.
  14. I would agree with that statement for the most part, just because there is not a large amount of girls playing year round in the area and the clubs we have had in area recently are sub par. The smaller schools 3A and below I think could probably compete if you have a good group of athletes in school at same time, just because around the state those size schools don't have kids playing year round either. You just never know though, that is why they play the games! Good Luck to all the Volleyball teams in the playoffs! I hope that each division has a local team representing at state!
