Depending on if we hit football camp in Lincoln this year we will hit a game of the CWS again like last year.

I do not want to clutter up this post but yes if done right it would be huge for Baytown. But as of right now its not well planned out.

This is going to be interesting. Im watching from the outside to see how this works out. Its probably going to happen in Baytown also. But as it is right now they dont have it planned right at all.

Curious where GCM falls and how it will affect them. I would think it will give a nice shot at a decent play off run with the talent we have.

Im seeing alot on our board that he probably will not qualify grades wise.

Pretty Sure OU has been relivent. Ohio State has been on the UP and Up since Meyer took over. They are always there at some point. Bama will continue to dominate until Saban leaves.

Good job man. I wish Baytown had someone that would cover our football the way you guys do out there. Win or lose you cover it. Baytown don’t even know who the teams are with the lack of coverage we get. Keep doing what what you do. It’s nice to see.

I’m in the same boat kinda. I don’t mind the Honorable Mention part. But it should be. My boy got HM in district 21-6A but so did a bunch of others that in my eyes took what ever meaning it had away. I already knew 1st or second team was gonna be a reach in our district with him being only a sophomore. 22 1st team 22 2nd 22 or less HM’s

I agree although I'm biased. Freshman team lost to Kingwood by 1. Actually scored last second 2 point conversion only to be taken away. Lost to North Shore 32-26 when no one else kept them below 60. Beat Atascocita by a nice margin. Only head scratcher we had was a loss to CE King and we were the better team but lost on a last second 60 yard pass. Everyone else we were the better team on the field. Varsity record didn't show that they competed but they never quit. Like mentioned above. 5 Starters on offense were Sophomores and a couple on defense as well. Now granted dropping to 5A didn't all of a sudden make us better but it will give a moral boost to these kids. They will compete the next 2 years for sure.
