NFL Teams Love Drafting SEC Players
BlackShirts5 replied to LocknLoad's topic in College Sports Forum
I didn't name any lol. I am not saying you can make up a whole league of small school players. But you cant just say hey that kid played at Buffalo so he wont make it in the NFL and in the same sense you cant say hey he played in the SEC he will dominate in the NFL. And trust me there are a few more then 3 kids from small schools playing and doing well in the NFL. -
NFL Teams Love Drafting SEC Players

This could be true and it could be way wrong. How many Defensive players are playing right now that played at Small schools? Hmm I know one from Troy!! You cant always use the argument that the kid wont be great due to playing at a small school. Its not always the case. -
Kenny Hill or Kyle Allen?

In the Texans 3-4 defense JC will play the outside LB. For those who want Johnny Football or The House that Johnny built I sure hope he doesnt come to Houston. Get him as far out of Houston as we can. Dude thinks he is bigger then football the game its self. -
Who did they lose to?

Yep. I dont know how I feel about it. If it really goes through how many of the smaller school will lose out on there programs.

Decker to the Jets makes no sense what so ever. -
Its really hard to say what these kids are going to do in college. Tommy Armstrong for NU everyone is trying to dub him the next Tommie Frazier but he has yet to show that. Would love for him to but I don't see it. As for Texas I think Heard will do ok this season with Strong's system but you just never know.

Taylor Martinez displays exceptional athleticism Posted: March 6th, 2014 | Gil Brandt | Tags: Nebraska, Quincy Enunwa, Spencer Long, Stanley Jean-Baptiste, Taylor Martinez Taylor Martinez played quarterback at Nebraska — starting 43 games at the position during four seasons with the Cornhuskers — but might be a man without a position as an NFL draft hopeful. Martinez (6-foot 1/4, 201 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 and 4.6 seconds. He had a 39-inch vertical jump and 10-foot-9 broad jump. He had a 20-yard short shuttle time of 4.03 seconds and did the three-cone drill in 6.85 seconds. All of those numbers with the exception of the three-cone would have either been the best among quarterbacks or matched the best among quarterbacks at the NFL Scouting Combine. Martinez worked out as a quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back at Nebraska’s pro day. Some NFL team will have to take a look at Martinez and decide what to do with him because he’s such a gifted athlete.

All I care about is my B1G network. Just wish they would show more college baseball games on TV period.
