Funny it says Groves, Texas on the twitter. Alot of people don't realize that 1/3 of Groves is actually zoned to PAISD. People assume PNG. Just throwing a little info out there. Lol

The next couple of years might be some of the better WOS teams in a while. That's saying something with a program like WOS. Remember my kids playing against them 5 years ago and thought was a strong group.

Hint, nobody likes Crosby because they good, nobody likes BH because they are snooty (not really, but I guess some might be), PNG don't like Nederland and vice versa (Mid County thing) , Nobody likes Vidor because they think everyone is a rival, nobody like Lumberton because they have a train horn and blew up the site for two years with L-Train, nobody likes PAM because Xbox is playing daddy ball and should be making deep playoff runs, nobody likes Ozen because they can't keep a coach, nobody likes Central because they struggle with mid county teams and have bad luck, nobody likes WOS because nobody seems be able to beat them in the viewing area, nobody likes Dayton because they have 22-5a's number even in down year's and Coach Stewart was the Messiah, nobody likes Livingston because they have annoying announcer, nobody likes Hardin Jefferson because they only care about basketball, nobody cares about Silsbee because they and Hardin Jefferson have a love hate relationship, and finally, nobody likes each other because they're homers, and take pride in their teams and hardly ever admit when they're wrong. Lol

I was in Rusk on business and stopped by the stadium one day. They had some athletes practicing on the field that looked solid. Needed some mailboxes to get them to BH.

We have kid that transferred from Sulphur at WR. He's going to be a Sophmore next year. 6'3" or 6'4". Shhh, Let BH stay under the radar. We are going surprise folks. It may hurt having Crosby week 3 because with us being so young, I think we need half a season to get going, but we shall see.

I didn't say no QB, I said young QB's. The starter as of right now is a kid that I think moved in from Deer Park last year and will be a Junior. He didnt play lasst year. Backup is a kid that can sling it also, but will only be a Sophmore and placed 2nd hurdles in distict in varsity track as a freshman. WR position has some kids that can run with Langilier and a couple of others. We don't have huge beefy guys on the line. RB position has Sophmore to be Spencer Long who will be running over Senior defenders this year. I'm telling you, don't count us out yet. In a couple of years, we will be pretty salty, but I think we will compete this year.

I'm friends with some KP coaches. They are in same boat as us with very young QB's. BH team is small, and not very fast, but if we can execute, then we will be a playoff team. I think BH is going surprise folks. 1. Crosby 2. BH/Dayton 3. NC/KP

I agree with you. I believe besides coaching, Texas fell off when Briles went to Baylor and started snagging some really good recruits. TCU, U of H have had recent success as well and are picking up really good recruits. Years ago, Texas had it's choice on whoever they wanted in Texas. Now, not so much. That was the point I was trying to make. Baylor will fall down with the likes of Kansas now.

I think turned in low 1,500's. Our elementary grades are exploding, so in the near future we will be closer to maybe 1800. I know HS is talking expansion.

If you think UT is the same as they've been in the past, you're as dillusional as the other Crosby fans. TCU, Baylor, and U of H are taking recruits from UT. At the end of the day UT may be ranked higher for recruits, but those schools are stealing some of the cream of the crop. Don't get mad at me because Texas is like 5th or 6th best in Texas. Lol btw, I could care less since I'm an LSU guy.

The beating that Baylor was alot better football team than Texas. I would say Briles got better recruits than Texas. Have you not watched college football? Texas is horrible, Baylor is good.

I'm thinking they might. Crosby, Dayton, KWP, BH, New Caney are the one's that should be fighting playoff spots. KWP and BH will have young QB's, so there's no telling what will happen. I personally think losing CEK and gsining Splendora and Caney Creek made the district weaker.

It's not bad that ya'll are the best team in our district, but it's bad to bad mouth other teams. Talking smack is one thing, but degrade other teams is an issue. Certain Crosby posters have did that the last couple of years.

I don't why I even respond, but how many times before 2014 did Crosby go further than 2nd round? After 2014 is when ya'll (Crosby fans) became like Summer Creek fans putting all area teams down like ya'll are some state power and the rest of us are below ya'll. Ya'll are the team to beat between the two viewing area 5A schools, BUT once you get into second round ya'll are just average at best. As you would say "It is what it is." Us little guys will continue with our no talented teams to put in effort to get better and hopefully go to college with academics and be successful while fans like you stay on here and pick apart all area teams like you're an analyst for ESPN.

Cougar 14.2 has a fascination with BH for some reason. Every time BH is brought up, he chimes in with his professional insight. Nobody ever said we were going to beat everyone in district, nobody said we have the best talent in the district, nobody said any of the crap you delusional under performing Crosby people keep spewing. You're a good area team, but you aren't squat outside this area. That's TRUTH right there. We get on here to dicuss our school's, but you jack legs down every school ya'll can, especially BH and Dayton. Worry about ya'll and we'll worry about us. Been on here since 2008, Crosby people were hush, hush, put together a string of good seasons and now everybody sucks because they don't have a load D1 football players? Get out of here with that crap. BTW, we've only been running a new system for 3 freaking weeks. We've literally went whole seasons with throwing the ball maybe 20 to 30 times. Now, we will be throwing that in a half of a game. It's going to take time.
