  1. Dayton has a tendency to play up or Crosby plays down in this rivalry. Crosby in a blowout this year though. I don't think anyone in district beats Crosby this year.
  2. I'm just messing around. I agree. The only thing I don't like is the technique of keeping your back with hands in the air. I see alot of DB's doing that all over the place and drives me crazy. The kids in the article are tremendous players.
  3. I didn't even read the article. There's not one team in the golden triangle that can say "no fly zone". They all get shredded, soft defenses nowadays.
  4. Huntsville rolls CEK. They have a very nice stadium though.
  5. Atascocita and North Shore are for sure. Let's look at CEK, SC, and WB CEK looks to be the strongest out of the 3 with quality win over Ridge Point, Strake Jesuit isn't the same team as years past( Their only win was over Spring Dekaney). Summer Creek beat winless Friendswood, winless Spring Dekaney, and a below average Conroe. West Brook beat terrible United, below average Tomball Memorial, and then lost an all world QB and got strummed by Houston Lamar. Houston Lamar two losses are to The Woodlands and George Ranch (Average teams). I think West Brook pulls it out and makes the playoffs by splitting with Summer Creek and CEK.
  6. I would’ve rathered BH play WOS then Houston Heights
  7. Crosby should win this game by 17. Not impressed by PAM. Watched Crosby and they have looked impressive early on.
  8. I spoke with some folks that went. Said Memorial had bad coaching and the players couldn’t get snap to QB. I think BH JV won also. It was 12-0 when I drove by there.
  9. 1. Tomball Memorial/West Brook 2. Barbers Hill/PA Memorial 3. North Shore/Klein Collins 4. Atascocita/Allen 5. Kingwood Park/New Caney 6. Manvel/Crosby 7. United/PN-G 8. Bellaire Episcopal/Vidor 9. Jasper/Silsbee 10. LC-M/WO-S 11. Lumberton/Coldspring 12. Shepherd/Kirbyville 13. East Chambers/Hardin-Jefferson 14. Orangefield/Woodville 15. Tarkington/Bridge City 16. Buna/Hemphill 17. Newton/Diboll 18. Evadale/Warren 19. Hull-Daisetta/Hardin 20. West Hardin/Kountze 21. Cushing/Deweyville 22. Livingston/Tyler Chapel Hill 23. Summer Creek/Spring Dekaney 24. Liberty/Madisonville 25. Huntington/Shelbyville
  10. Their decent, the score doesn’t indicate what our defense has done. They’re like a Crosby, can bust the big play on you quick. Not overly impressive.
  11. Wasn’t looking good in first half. One first down the entire half.
  12. Hopefully PNG turns it up. They always do. I’ll be rooting for y’all, have a cousin on the team. Good luck!
  13. My former HS teammate gonna have the Bruins ready. Bringing high energy and discipline back to the Brook! Hope added the Buckner run during two a days😂
  14. I seen a major master planned community about begin construction on hey. 146 Dayton ISD. They talking 14k homes. I think it’s called River Run? They have a sign up. Hey. 99 about to cause BH, Crosby, Dayton, and Huffman to explode.
  15. True, but moving up any isn’t good for BH football. Other sports will be fine.
  16. That’s what I’m afraid of. We have lower grades with 600 plus in grades.
  17. I was at orientation tonight at BH, and right now we’re at 1,971 HS kids. Freshman class is 571. We’re about to skyrocket in next couple of years. I say 4 more years we’ll be 6A.
  18. Not sure, but has us going to LaPorte for a 3 way scrimmage. I don’t want to speculate.
  19. BH scrimmages LaPorte/Clear Falls on 8/20
  20. There’s no legit way to rank teams early unless you go by returning players, starters back and last year success. I would probably put Crosby top 10, but it doesn’t matter because they usually play a rough non district schedule and could go 0-3, but then run the table. IMO, rankings are overrated, especially the first 4 or 5 weeks.
