Another rough playoffs for Crosby. Just curious, what's the odds with them going D1 next year that first round playoffs would be Manvel district for next two years?

They didn't look good last night, no shots were falling for them. They have some good players, maybe get it together before district.

Barbers Hill is going to struggle this year. It was a rough night for the Eagles. GCM is decent this year.

Ned historically has played big games, many playoff games over the years. Porter is a young program and might let the barking get to them. Lol This should be a decent game.

Oh, I was at the Crosby/Vidor game last year. It will be closer then what people think. The advantage is NC QB is a beast and not only can sling it, but can run too. To me that's the X factor in this game. If Vidor over pursues, Cooper is gone. If you blitz, he has pretty decent WR's that will burn Vidor DB's.

I don't know if Ned has the coaching advantage Soulja, Holley took over Porter last year and took a 1-9 team and has made the playoffs his first two seasons there. He had good success at Kingwood Park as well bringing them to the playoffs 4 out of 5 years. He's a pretty good coach. This game might be a pretty good one.

#6 for KP is a TCU commit. They lean heavy on him. He plays both ways CB/WR. A physical player. Shut him down and y'all should be good. PAM needs to stay focused and not look ahead. Too good of a team to only go 2 rounds deep. Good luck!

I can almost identify all of the dads on here with this discussion. the 5'7" kid from Ned is one of the best athlete's at Ned. There wouldn't be a huge advantage. secondly, what happened to being a good teammate, no matter what your role is? let's face it for 98% of us on here, our kids will be done with sports once they graduate high school. Hopefully, parents stay out of the kids issues when it comes to playing time, not making a team, etc.. I thought my kid was decent in middle school basketball until he didn't make it. We moved on to the other sports that he excelled in. He did baseball and football until this year, he said he was done with football and wanted to do baseball only. It killed me, but it's his choice and I support him quietly (that's hard to do for me by the way).

I totally agree with you. More short and intermediate throws and have to win in the trenches to get a running game going.

NC/Vidor winner gets FB Marshall PNG/Crosby winner gets College Station 3rd round. PAM gets a rematch with probably Temple 3rd round. We need someone to get past the 3rd round! Anybody Please!

This is the year of shoulda, coulda, woulda. This team really shoulda been in the playoffs. Friday nights are crazy, two games we struggled on offense, KP and Porter doomed us. Although we lost, we almost scored at will on Crosby. Hopefully bounce back next year and get a spot in the playoffs.

I think NC will struggle a little with Vidor O, but their coach is really good at adjustments. NC will be too much on Offense for Vidor.

PNG/Crosby game might be at BH, heck we're not playing. They played there several years ago if I remember on foggy night.

PNG has a tough 1st round matchup. I think Crosby might win that game. PAM New Caney I think Porter/Ned is a toss up as well. I just think Ned plays more physical, so I'll go Ned.
