Those were the good old days. My son was on that team as well. When I heard it was Gavin that was the Freshman ya'll brought up, I knew fans were going to be in for an eye opening experience.

I know this isn't 1999, BUT same thing was said about LaMarque until PNG stuned them in the Astrodome, then stunned Schertz Clemens at Kyle Field, and finally lost to Briles in the state championship. I was at every game, and there's one thing that Indians do when the chips are down, they BELIEVE and will fight to the final whistle. If the D bends, but don't break, I'll pick the upset, PNG 42-41 over CS.

Same could be said about PAM. Not talking trash, but get beat by Vidor last week of season when a team should be playoff ready, get a fourth place team Porter first week of playoffs, another some what easy team this week. Ya'll have a stud WR with #88, I think Woodard. In the Vidor game, I think he had 4 or 5 catches, QB hardly threw to him and he was a nightmare matchup for Vidor DB's. With that said, if the ol ball coach would've put #16 at WR, there's not too many HS that could cover #88 and #16 every play imo.

I agree and after watching round 1 playoff game, I question the decisions of thier coach about QB position. I'm on the outside looking in though. Crosby is a tremendous regular season team, but become suspect in the playoffs.

I forsee PNG playing next Saturday unless ya'll win the toss. Prediction of either Aldine or Texan Drive stadium. I would go with Texan Drive, bad memories of PNG games at Aldine.

Neither 21 or 22-5a has done that well since 2010. Crosby, Nederland twice, Dayton, Vidor, and PNG have made it past 2nd round. This year 22-5a will probably have PNG and PAM. Maybe they can get lightning in a bottle.

I don't know why people thought Marshall would be a pushover. They were good several years ago and when Ridge Point opened it took some of their kids. Looks like they're reloading.

Well, I can tell you 20 plus year teacher makes over $70k. Goose Creek and Deer Park are close, but not higher. Goose Creek $8k behind at 20+ years. Friendswood is the same as Goose Creek. Deer Park is about $1,500 behind BH.
