What's a forfeit worth?

Don't see how unless they beat ya'll and Livingston loses 3 of last 4. If they tie, how do they determine tie breaker? Livingston will lose to PAM, Vidor and Central game is a toss, think Liv beats Ozen. Right now Liv has 2 game lead on Ned with 4 games remaining.

PAM vs. Porter PNG vs. New Caney Vidor vs. BH Livingston vs. Crosby Or PAM vs. Porter Ned vs. New Caney PNG vs. BH Vidor vs. Crosby Who knows! Lol

To be honest with you, I'm a fan of HS football. I like it more than Pro and maybe a tad bit more than college. I want PAM to go to state because it ticks me off that other area's of the state laugh at setx teams. I know BH would get doors blown off if we played PAM. My comments weren't what you think is all I'm saying. It was poking fun at SFA when he made his comment. I understand the frustration and know there's big pride in PA, I lived in Groves for about 10 years, so I know the area. I think most people are drunk when they post on here. Lol (not me by the way) It hasn't always been like this, been on here since 08, and use to be alot more informative. Also think when people make arguments for their team, it comes off a different way than what they meant because it's being typed and you're not there to see the demeanor of the person. Hey hoss, you have no idea who I am. Live in BH now, but born in New Orleans and grew up in Bmt. I take offense to your thought of my comment about counting. My comment was a response to poster saying BH dodged 22-5a because we somehow had pull with UIL. It was also referring to other posts in other threads where people were questioning the enrollment numbers at PAM. Take the chip off of your shoulder and quit trying to think it's something that it's not. If PAM wins their playoff game against the 21-5a team, then I assure you I will be rooting for ya'll.

Forgot to put cut down on penalties. Not sure about other games, but I think I counted 5 or 6 unsportsmanlike conduct calls against Dayton in our game. That's 15 yards a pop.

Hey, I may be wrong, you never know how 15 and 16 year old boys are going to show up. Mine frustrates me all of the time. Lol

First, I would be throwing to the tall WR ya'll have. Dayton had some success when throwing to him. I would put some plays in on offense. The plays being ran are the same as years past and defenses have figured it out. I would start backup QB and run a read option style offense and throw the ball down field more often, but still keep Styner in the mix. On defense, just got to get the kids to swarm to the ball and not arm tackle.

How am I full of it? I said our JV wasn't very good and ya'll beat us a whopping 7-0? Crosby was getting beat by us 21-7 at halftime and roared back to beat us 40 something to 21. You're upset because I'm picking Crosby over Dayton in a meaningless JV game?

Sure did, I don't remember how far Manvel went that year, but that was my first time to hear that "Hookya" or whatever they say. Stallworth was packed though. I was really hoping PNG would've won that one.

Crosby JV is 2 TD's better than Dayton JV. JS

Actually, I was there and PNG was playing catch up the whole game. Now late 4th Q, PNG did make some big plays to make it respectable. I remember thinking that it wasn't fair Manvel was in 5A. Lol

Lol, we ain't scared. Anyways sorry to hijack the thread. RJ and the rest of PNG crashes homecoming and beats PAM. Good luck to both teams Friday night. Oh, btw, if PAISD could count PAM would probably still be 6A. Lol

I've seen PAM play, not really impressed. D1 talent doesn't mean you're the best. Heck, PAM turns out D1 talent every year and struggled to make playoffs before bowing out 1 or 2 games into the playoffs. If we get Vidor again, it will be ugly again. We're a decent team, nothing spectacular, just a bunch of slow non talented, non D1 players on our team. Don't get mad when someone tells you that PAM really isn't that great, just accept it. Lol District title don't give you a win in the playoffs, btw we are in contention this year for one.

We won't be matched up, but New Caney or Porter may surprise some folks. We'll see how it plays out. I honestly don't see 21 or 22-5a getting past 2nd or 3rd round. My .02

Not hating on PAM, I think ya'll under achievers anyways. PAM hasn't done anything special since ya'll combined all 3 schools, but what one year. BH wasn't even expected to be where we are right now. What i was saying is, ya'll could get a tough first round opponent from our district that could knock PAM off of ya'lls high horse. Only time will tell. We won't play ya'll since we're D2 with almost 800 less students. I think we would match up well against PNG though. Don't know what we will do in the playoffs. Haven't been in a while.

Neither team will get that far. Depending on placement of district, it could be a one and done in playoffs for either team.

Every year folks overlook Livingston, but they seem to sneak into the playoofs several times. I think they atleast go 2-2 to get in the playoffs, of course they given a present from Ned.

I thought maybe 49 to 7 or 14, but good lord Brook. May be the most points given up by a WB ever.

Been telling people about RJ. He and my son were on PNG youth teams together for several years. I know he's been there since atleast 2nd grade. Watch what he does to PAM next week. That's the game I've been waiting for. Proud of all of our friends over there at the Rez.
