Has everything to do with it. I didn't hire the guy, but ya'll voted in the school Board that refused to travel to Vidor. Point is you and I have no control over what our school administrators say. With that being said, I was explaining why I put what I put in a post. Now I can see it was a waste of time. If you attack our community as a whole, well get ready for me to respond. It was a joke because before Poole got hired at BH, he was high up at UIL. Crosby loves to jump on bandwagons. We atleast went and played at Vidor. Remember, Crosby refused to do so several years ago.

If people remember, not too long ago, a certain school in 21-5a refused to play at Vidor. Hmmm, how soon we all forget.

I don't think it's a problem either, but from watching our team for the last 5 years, if you get down by a couple of scores, it's hard to catch up with 5 or 6 yards at a time. You end up running out of time. You have to atleast keep defense guessing a little or they will stack the box. My .02 and I'm not a coach. Good luck to Vidor on the rest of thier year.

Not really close at all. Vidor have a couple long drives, but game was never in jeopardy. BH started just running the ball because the passing was resulting in touchdowns almost every time. BH offense wasn't on field much is the reason for total yards being close.

Umm, back when we moved here, alot of posters voted on my new screen name. Been around these boards since 08, born in New Orleans and raised in Beaumont. Hardly think I'm better. I do think my kids are getting a quality education though.

The field was in horrible condition, but he shouldn't have put Vidor on blast IMO. He has to understand that everyone doesn't have industry and means to have newer facilities. Always be humble and appreciative of what you have, because it can be taken away.

It was the Sup and he tweeted he's not apologizing. It's getting wild on Facebook around here. Half say it should've been handled privately and others are bashing him. I did find it odd that he said it was dangerous for the students, but allowed the football players to play on the field. I'm staying on the sideline on this one. Lol

I don't know any more then you now. I grew up there and moved when I got a job, but I go visit family and classmates all of the time. Lol
