Look up the term oversigning and SEC. I misspoke when I said offered. Of course they have to offer more because everyone is not going to sign.

He never had the chance to sign the LOI because Mullen had convinced him to graduate early. I don't really know how that works with the early graduation. Schools pull offers all of the time, never heard of them being bound by a verbal commitment. I just think talking a kid in to graduating early and then backing out is wrong.

Depends on if he signed LOI, obviously with him graduating early to enroll at Miss St he hadn't changed his mind.

There was an ESPN story about recruiting in the SEC a couple of years ago where several schools were offering 40-45 scholarships when they had 20-25 available then they pull the rug. Just the brutal reality, I wish the young man luck, he'll end up in a better place.

The way I read the article, this young man did everything they wanted him to do and he rearranged his life for them. Shows me the man says one thing but does another. Wouldn't trust him.

Now now, there wasn't any dirty football when Dayton played Crosby.The more and more you post, the more and more I wish that brenham and Crosby meet up so earnest can run all over yall, and if y'all don't get to meet up maybe dayton and Crosby will meet up again and the better team will come on top this time, or is crosby still playing the same dirty football they were playing when we met in crosby, it sure is funny how crosby was doing good this year and all of a sudden all the crosby fans are coming out of nowhere, but give it a few years and all the bandwagon fans that jumped on will be jumping off, there are very few crosby posters that are actually there win or lose.

That dang team from Brenham last year on the diamond could hit 1-9, I'll get on the baseball thread soon, but how many of those kids came back this year. I'd like to see a Elgin Crosby rematch from last year with this new found D, but Crosby Brenham would be good also. First up is PLC though with a tough running attack.

dont want to jinx y'all but I feel like Calhoun plays into Crosbys strength.
I don't think(hope) they come out in a 3 man front, I think they will stack the line. Crosby's front got a little tired against King and that up tempo in the second half. Should be a good one though, because second half of the season from I'm hearing Calhoun has ran it on everyone they've played.
